Nice compact and challenging core focused yoga exercise. I particularly liked the inclusion of airplane and t-plane (not sure what that one is technically called) for balance+core

Very good workout for the core! There are a lot of strongholds in postures that make you sweat. I felt light and relaxed afterward.

Another great class exactly as promised from Jackie. This one definitely has a core focus. The 30 minute class flew by and definitely gave you a core workout, but yoga too. Nice down dogs and a twist at the end.

very good work out. got me sweating in a cold room with only a sports bra on. if you are like me and don t sleep well after a hard work out, do this in the morning -- it really gets your heat way up and is fantastic. I was very challenged and will have to do it a few more times to make it through all the poses without stopping for water.

This is a great class. It is challenging and relaxing. I love the instructor s alignment instructions -- just perfect and subtle. Those alignments make a huge difference in this class. I will be buying more of Jackie s classes for sure.

There were some good core/ab poses in this class, but that s really all I got out of it. It starts off very slow. It picks up slightly, but overall you re better doing 5-10 min of ab exercises on your own. Definitely not an advanced class.

This was my first yoga class with yogadownload. I purchased your Groupon for the year of downloads. I thought I would jump on to the 21 day spring detox challenge... OH.MY.GOODNESS! This class is challenging. I found it to be clear instruction wise and it had me slightly sweating. She began to pick up the pace through the movements. My 2 nd side crow wasn t the best but I was able to stay with the class so I was very happy with my progress and my ability to perform the poses so, I give her a 5. If you do this class I m sure you ll find some benefits to it. It wasn t my favorite class but it did the job.

I m a beginner and found this class to be quite challenging. It definitely had me working up a sweat, and I only attempted the 30 minute version! Loved the eagle crunches but had to modify a few of the asanas. Found the pacing to be a bit off of my natural rhythm, but was able to adjust to make this class just right for me. I ll be leaving this one in the rotation and eventually hope to progress to the full class.

Good, very challenging class for those of us who don t have a strong core. Even though it is marked as "advanced intermediate", that can be adjusted through the lenght of the class because the poses themselves are not complicated. I m an intermediate practionner and the 30 min or 45 min classes are great!

Was a great combination of stretching and strength. Great after a stressful day. The instructors voice is just the right amount of soothing and motivating and she does a great job at describing each movement.

I really liked this. I did the 30 minute class and it was intense, but not too intense. Jackie s one of my favorite teachers, and she was simultaneously calm and motivating throughout the challenging parts. Definitely one I ll come back to.

This was one of my first YDL classes that I added to take my practice to the next level. Jackie walks you through a flow sequence slowly, building strength as you hold a pose, and then she leads you through the series at a fair pace. This class kicked my butt the first time through, those airplane crunches are harder than they look. I ve added this into my rotation the past year whenever I want a good core workout and feel much stronger as a result.

This class was perfect as a pick-me-up in the middle of the day. The challenge is not in the poses themselves but in the holds, sequencing and intensity of repetition. Great class!

Tough yet energizing class. I never fail to work up a sweat and by the end of the class I feel energized. I especially like the fact that the instructor reminds you to set an intention at the beginning of the class. The music - not so much - in fact that s the one downside to this class. It s totally distracting and annoying.

I started feeling sore, stiff, sluggish, and anxious. I finished feeling loose, limber, supple, peaceful, and grateful for the practice, for jackie, and for all the good things in the world. Very challenging yet relaxing, and you feel so good in savasana having worked and pushed yourself. Amazing experience!

This class is loaded with core work, but has such a wonderful, relaxing flow that you WANT to do the whole 60 minute class. I love the other int/adv core classes, but I have to be in the mood for a butt-kicking to complete them. This is why I love YD - each day I get to choose the class that best fits my mood and purpose!
