Great class if you re looking for something quick but that will make you work! I did the 30 minute version. The audio cuing was a bit off the video so I found it better to focus on listening to the instructor rather than watching the moves.

If you don t think this is advanced, try her other class...that one is great too, but is slower while this one kicks your butt right away, and continues to challenge your core throughout. Thanks, Cher...how about a 60-minute version?!?!

The instructor speaks so sloowly and takes so long to set up each exercise that I was doing other exercises on my own while the set up went on and on and on.... This is supposed to be advanced pilates. If you re advanced, you don t need the lengthy, time consuming set up. Out of a 30 minute video, I would guess 15 or 17 minutes is actually doing a move. Waste of my time.

Great core workout. I love the little warnings at just the right time not to forget the small details to make it right. It is an advance class, especially challenging after you recently had kids and trying to reconnect with your core, you need your basic roll downs back to do these excersices.

I am a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor and a classical trained ballet dancer. I have done many Pilates Mat Classes in the pass twenty-five years and many times the advanced classes are not that challenging. However, this class is a really challenging class even though it is only 30 minutes long. I would suggest that if you are interested in doing this class, you will need some prior experience and/or a strong core because you might not complete the exercise correctly. This is an excellent class for a more experienced Pilates Student. I just loved it!

I like this class, but as someone else commented, it could be a bit more advanced. Still, Cher s voice and cues are very welcoming and easy to understand.
