This yin class was so calming & brought peace to my spirit... Elise has the perfect voice for this practice. I will do this one again!

I did the 45-minute version. This is exactly what I needed today, as I was feeling very low energy with a headache. Thank you for this yin class for the ultimate self-care today!

I love hour long yin classes! Please make more!

A lovely class! (But I must say, music with a drum beat during Savasana is really unpleasant. Other than that, another wonderful class by Elise!)

The perfect Yin Yoga practice! I love how there is a choice of class length for this class. Thank you, Elise. ?

I am a fan of Elise s and have done a lot of her classes and always love them. For me, I needed more gentle stretching than I got in this class. Some of the shorter yins seem to have as many poses, which are held for a decent length, but seem to both stretch and relax my body more.... or it could be just me today....but I felt this was more of a beginners yin or very easy yin.

Fantastic Traditional Yin Class! Thank you!

Loved this. Just what I needed to wind down after a 2 mile fast walk. Especially loved the music during the sphinx and after. Beautiful. Thank you so much for this.

This class was exactly what I was looking for after a particularly challenging vinyasa flow class yesterday that left me feeling a little sore. Her voice is very soothing and the class is relaxing. It s similar to yin classes I have taken in studios. Thank you for this class!

The bright white background is a bit harsh on the eyes when doing this class in a low light setting. Otherwise, the class itself is great with clear instructions.

I like Elise Fabricant but this is not one of my favorites of hers. I found the poses kind of dull and held too long. I like my props with Restorative and Yin Yoga and found this class a bit bland. I also prefer the classes where the teacher is present and making adjustments on the class participants. I did the 60 minute class. I did love the assisted fish pose.
By Emma | Tuesday, August 30, 2016
This is a very slow and relaxing class and manages to be challenging without being strenuous. Good for people with ME/chronic fatigue
By Geri | Saturday, August 27, 2016
I m quite new to Yin Yoga and loving it. Really enjoyed the 25 min session and I like the music and appreciate the cues. Found I got down deep and meaningful with pigeon /swan. I would have liked more info for supported fish as I wasn t sure what I was trying to do with my head. Intend to go on with the longer sessions. I wonder if anyone has any ideas for me in lessening strain on hands in long-held sphinx pose.

These classes expire??? Since when? I can t find any information saying your purchases expire and after what length of time. I wish I was informed of this at the time of purchase.

Woke up with a headache and even just the thought of sun salutations made it worse! This was perfect. I did the 60 minute class, and it was just right. Nothing aggravating, but I still feel like I "did something." Yeah, for me!
I will be checking out many of Ms. Fabricant s other classes for sure.

Absolutely wonderful. I was totally stressed with short breathing and rapid heartbeat. This centered, gently stretched, released tension and relaxed my body, mind and spirit!

Great practice for after my 5 mile walk. Really appreciated sinking into and holding pigeon. Maximum results in 25 minutes!!!

This was just delicious. Superb instruction, relaxing voice. I ll definitely be back for more. Thanks Elise.

Super restorative. Thanks, Elise!

I love this yoga series! I started with the shorter 25 min workout and now I m so addicted I can t wait to wake up and do the 60 min workout every day. I hope we ll see more Yin Yoga workouts!

Nice class. I did this upon awakening this morning and it really helped me wake up and relax at the same time. You know those tight hips when you wake up? This got right into them. These "resting" poses are held for a long time, allowing you to relax into them right on the edge of your comfort level. As you hold them, you realize that there are other places nearby to unwind in the pose too. You may want something warm to wrap around or over toward the end of the practice. That is when you start to cool down and if you are practicing near a cool floor, you may want something to shield you from the coolness there.

Very nice to do in the middle of my 30 day yoga challenge.

Another wonderful, restoring class by Elise. Thank-you!
By CeliaRose | Tuesday, September 30, 2014
Wow this class was beautiful, it was very relaxing but also allowed for a very deep release. I really enjoy the instructors style. The 60 minute class allowed for a good variety of postures too. I have knees that don t like certain poses due to a couple of knee surgeries, but I found that this class helped me get them into positions that are sometimes too uncomfortable. I don t have a block so I just did full fish pose, which was still enjoyable but probably starting to lean towards a yang style. I can t wait to do the class again.

Great class to really wind down and go deep. I prefer the second version (Yin Yoga 2) for the better variety of postures though.
By Susan | Thursday, September 25, 2014
Very well done. Easy to follow and really opened up ,y hips. I had knee surgery and am very respectful of my body and this practices allows me to be respectful and yet open up. thank you!

great yin class...music was great.
I will definitely do this one again. Even got my 9 month old puppy to relax
By Swood137 | Sunday, August 3, 2014
I did the hour, and it was AMAZING! I did it right before bed and I slept so good afterwards. I am a beginner, so for me it was challenging, I m not as flexible, so it was a challenge to hold the poses as long as she did, but it felt so good afterwards. I definitely recommend this if you want to relax and wind down and also stretch out your joints before bed.

This yoga class is one of the best I ve ever done! I have done more active styles of yoga, but this class really opened my eyes to the benefits of a more meditative style. It incorporates some great deep stretches that have helped me in gymnastics. I try to do it 2 or 3 times a week.
By Paul | Friday, July 11, 2014
Very peaceful session. Good stretching to take all the busyness of the day out of the system.

First time to take a yin class on yoga download. It gave the deep tissue release you expect. Was relaxing and well sequenced. I would take it again.

Clear and appropriate guidance as advancing in the pose. Great class
By captainamyrica | Thursday, April 10, 2014
I appreciated the explanations of yin practice, they were helpful for me to embrace this class. Thanks!
By Sasangasana | Sunday, March 23, 2014
Nice! Clear instructions, including how to take the posture further or what to do if you can t quite get there. Very little need to keep looking at the screen, perfect for yin where you need to focus on surrendering and maybe keep your eyes closed. Long silences as we hold the pose challenges one s discipline to surrender further. Looking forward to more Yin from Elise. Thank you.

Tonight was the first time I tried Yin yoga. I am very impressed. Holding the poses for so long makes a huge difference in how the body feels after each pose. Pigeon pose has always been a favorite, and Sleeping Swan (as it s called here) opened my hips in a way I ve never felt. Seal pose, and the way she explained to engage the glutes and leg muscles. I have had chronic back pain for years. I remember very few times, in yoga, at a chiropractor, and even on painkillers, that I got such a feeling of relief. My entire body feels deliciously relaxed and gorgeously stretched.
Give this a shot. If you re hurting, or stressed, or, you know, existing, try this class. I am really looking forward to trying more yin classes.

Really nice practice. Directions are clear, tone is meditative and peaceful. Perfect opportunity to develop yin qualities on and off the mat.

great relaxation and stretching, not too overwhelming, very pleasant and relaxing voice

Just what I needed. It s amazing how the body cracks more in yin yoga.
By Frankie | Wednesday, January 15, 2014
This was a well done class. It was relaxing, restorative, and efficient. The poses were gentle and it really helped you open up and meditate. It is slow paced, and the poses are held for a couple minutes each. It is for someone who desires to go inward, breath and open up the body in a relaxing way.

Fearing that I have broken my toe, I came back to this class today. It is so deceptively simple and difficult at the same time. You really have time to let your brain go in so many ways during this practice. Highly recommended.

Nice Class. Slow, long holds really opens up tight areas. Good class to settle down to after a long day.

As a retired competitive gymnast, I often feel the aches and pains from all the years of pounding. I have found Elise s Yin Yoga class to be an excellent way to relieve hip and back pain. Her calming voice helps me to ease deeper into each of the poses, and the pacing is just right.

Perfect class for relaxing and detoxifying. Did the 35 minute class but will definitely do the 60 minute next time. Helped release the cramp/stress/side-effects of my monthly cycle.

This class is so important for us type As to do from time to time. It is the perfect way to balance out a vigorous practice, or when you re feeling stressed/unbalanced/out of touch with your energy. The instructor is amazing and her voice is pure kindness and light. I feel so relaxed and tuned in after the 60 minute version. Thank you so much Elise and Yoga Download!

I really loved this class. I did some great yin yoga where I used to live before, and now I can t find anywhere to practice. This is great to do at home before bed.

Lovely Yin yoga! I don t know why I don t incorporate more Yin into my personal practice - I always find myself feeling whole, complete and rounded after this type of class. Great instructor, clear and understandable voice. More Yin Yoga please!!

Love love love this class. I was having a bit of an off day and I was just in a sour mood. This class helped bring me back to my center and gave me a new perspective that I desperately needed. I find that when I take this class I m so much more calm and peaceful for the rest of the day.

Elise, namaste and thank you with all my heart. This class is utterly transformative. My body and mind released so much that I actually wept during shavasana. I will come and find you at your studio in Denver!

Wow, yin yoga is intense! I feel wonderfully relaxed afterwards though and the instructor s voice is just perfect. I just did the 25 minute class and will probably buy the 60 minute class next. Thanks!

I am so glad I did this class...I came home from a long day and just wanted to crawl into bed but instead did the 35 minute Yin Yoga class. Good call! The class is very relaxing and I really like the way the instructor describes the poses. Holding some of the poses can be a bit challenging at first but gets easier with practice and it feels so good!
By Kaahaa | Friday, January 11, 2013
This is my favourite for those stressed-out times when my body is tense and my breathing is shallow. I emerge from the 60-min class relaxed, thoroughly stretched and totally reconnected to my breath. Challenging and sometimes painful to give in to the deep stretches, but so very rewarding.
By Rachel | Sunday, September 2, 2012
This was exactly what I needed this morning. I found the class balancing and nutritive to the whole body, mind and spirit. I woke this morning achy and with a headache. I am no longer achy and I can feel my energy flowing evenly.
By angington | Wednesday, May 2, 2012
I was afraid I would be bored as some other gentle yoga classes leave me, but that was not the case. Yin Yoga is quieting yet challenging. Perfect for those days you want to move your body, but don t feel up to a vigorous practice.
