I liked his voice, the music and the instructions, but the ending is quite abrupt, in my opinion it’s important to include instructions out of the meditation. I also liked the 4 points, but it could be better distributed with a square breath indication: inhale for 4, pause 4 exhale 4 pause 4.
I find this series really helpful with mindfulness. I notice I respond very well to his voice and he encourages listeners to practice on their own by repeating enough that we can remember the techniques
Extremely brief - only 5 mins long. Also if you follow the instructions for mantras on breathing in and out and retaining breath when you get to "space"at the end it seems you are supposed to hold your breath for the last 2 mins? or not?... it s a bit confusing.
