Agree with other reviewers that this "oldie" is still one of the best! I started with Dawnelle and Jackie s audio-only classes years ago during "lunchtime yoga" when I was still in an office environment, and these take me back to the days of experiencing yoga for the first time. There s so much packed into these classes that I honestly haven t seen anywhere in the newer classes (and I feel like I ve looked pretty hard!). They re challenging without being impossible and vigorous enough so you feel like you worked out rather than just "stretched" - though I know there s a place for yin yoga and I m trying to make more time for it, haha. So glad these classes are still available ... I ll keep coming back to them!

I love audio only classes. And this one is no exception. The instruction is super clear and I feel like I have no distractions. I really can focus on what I m doing and my alignment. This class was challenging bu not overly so. I felt like we hit every major part and it was super complete. And wonderful class.

Great class! I really enjoy these older classes. So much better to have just the audio (easier to " take yoga anywhere"!) and some of them have a real yoga soundtrack, not the annoying elevator music that newer classes adopted. I m grateful to be able to go back to all of Dawnelle s classes. She is amazing.

This is my first online yoga class. Unless I m doing something wrong, there is NO video, only audio. That seems odd to me. I could follow it but if you don t already know every pose, I don t know how you could. I have been taking yoga at the Y for a few years and this was more difficult and faster paced, which is what I am looking for. The order was a bit off from what I m used to. Typically the classes I take are flow, abs, balance. This put the abs/balance in between flow sections. I do prefer them at the end. Overall a great class though.

Ms. Arthur has a way of pushing you to do your best, physically and mentally.

Challenging workout, with good flow that covers basically everything. I feel like I had a hard workout.

I absolutely love this class and go back to it again and again and again. Dawnelle s instructions are clear and well paced yet her voice is soothing and encouraging. The strength and serenity I feel when I finish this class brings me back to why I do yoga.

This class was very easy to follow, and the sequence of poses was challenging. The instructor provides a few variations, too, if you re not ready for some of the poses. I will be doing this one again and again!

No towel needed. I don t like going to the floor for core, then back up again for sun salutations. Once on the floor, I want to say on the floor. Good, but not great.

This was a great class. Dawnelle s voice is calm and soothing and her direction slow and easy to follow. I used hand weights, though it s a thorough workout without them. Nice mix of twists and challenging poses, as well as standard vinyasa.

This is one of my all time favorite classes to go to. This class has quite a variety of pauses that really heated up the body. Dawnelle is an amazing teacher.

Wow! This was a great class! challenging but still accessible. I did the 45-minute version. Very nice class. Dawnelle seems to have consistently great classes. Recommended!

That was awesome!! Just getting into yoga. Have been fit most of my life, and I m enjoying a change to my normal workouts. The sequences are great. Equally relaxing and challenging. Great for my flexibility.

This is such a great class. Dawnelle s instructions are clear, the class is challenging yet fun, and I feel great during and after.

This was a wonderful 60 minutes to spend with Dawnelle, and it absolutely flew by. The only reason I gave four and a half stars instead of five was because I really wish she would have a normal half moon pose incorporated into the flow, but that didn t detract too much from my experience. Challenging but intensely relaxing at the same time. Loved it. Namaste :)

Loved this class! Very challenging on the legs. She likes to really burn up one leg before switching to the other. It also caused a fantastic endorphin release and my body was buzzing for 12 hours. I was used to doing yoga by video and I will never go back. Her voice is soothing and she explains the poses very well. You can really concentrate on your body when not looking at a TV.

Challenging class but a lot of fun just like all of Dawnelle s classes. This and her Morning Flow are great ways to start the day.

this was my first time downloading yoga rather than attending a studio class....this was a great class! enjoyed the heart openers, twists, and the ability to modify for a more advanced practice.

Great Class! In a nice variation on the flows I am used to, the instructor breaks up the floor work and intersperses it into the sequence. Often classes follow a set warm up, core strength, hip opener, twists . In this class the flow varies and it keeps it challenging and interesting since the sequencing is not easily predictable, which for me helps to keep the mind focused and with the practice!

this is a great class! includes a good mix of everything - leg and arm strengthening, twists, and balancing poses. it was very challenging.

GREAT class if you're looking for a workout! I was panting through the whole thing and hurting the day after- in a good way. My practice has been slacking and this was the perfect kick in the butt.

Good Class. The pose guides help to have perfect form and can be taken anywhere with you. Traveling throughout the country I can count on a good session anywhere. The Power class pushes to your limits with encouragement along the way.

This one as well as all the classes I have tried so far did not dissapoint me. It`s excellent, great sequence building up from a nice warm up next thing you know you are working out really hard. Feels good when you are done. Half an hour does not sounds like much but it is perfect for me.

This is a fabulous and well balanced class that deepens its challenge with repetition. It moves through a gentle warm up into vigorous sun salutation series which flows gracefully into balancing asana, including toppling tree, dancers pose, and standing splits. Core work on the floor, hip openers and spine strengtheners are seamlessly integrated, as are the hip openers like frog and pidgeon. The thoughtful timing of the transitions and the verbal cues work so beautifully with the intelligent sequencing. An enormously satisfying yoga journey!

Advanced classes are so hard to find on dvd`s & other download sites. This class is an awesome challenge and fun at the same time. I felt totally worked out and stretched when i was done.

Really liked this class. Dawnelle has a great style, it`s easy to follow and it`s not overly technical which is sometimes overwhelming.
