I first did this class about 6 years ago. I was not an immediate fan, but over time it grew on me and today sets the bar for what I consider good yoga. Dawnelle coaches with an approached influenced by sports-therapy. She s fantastic

I had this in my Favorites, but it had been a while since I did this class. Now I remember why! Great combination of stretching and strengthening. Dawnelle is my go to for challenging classes and this didn t disappoint. Great way to start the day! Didn t give it 5 stars b/c I would have liked a bit more floor work like some of her other classes.

Although it s one of Dawnelle s earlier yoga classes, it is one of her best, and my absolute favorite. I did the hour long class on the beach in Florida, and drew a crowd with clapping after. Fantastic class!!

I absolutely love this class! It is challenging but calming, perfectly paced and cued, and is packed with great flows and unique transitions.

This is a good class, but I, too, was frustrated by not being able to see "up dog scorpion." I know what scorpion is and I know what up dog is, but I m not sure I was following Dawnelle s instructions correctly and really needed visual confirmation--especially because this pose was part of a flow and we returned to it over and over. I would even appreciate a simple cell-phone picture taken of someone doing the pose. Anything. Because it s not something that comes up on an internet search. Thanks.

This was an invigorating and challenging class! The flow was nice and she had creative sun salutations. Her voice was soothing despite the difficulty of the class. This has been my favorite class so far!

if you re looking for a high energy, grounding flow, this one is a fabulous choice! i return to this class multiple time a month. an enjoyable class {time flies by!} that is challenging, thoughtful, gets the heart rate up and no matter what length you do, is a great addition to your day. Dawnelle has put together a creative flow that allows for different views during the sun b series and gives really clear instruction; highly recommend!!

One of my all time favorites! The way I describe it to everyone is you get to use the whole mat, it spins you in strong circles, challenging you and really makes you stay in tune with the now.

Love everything about this class.
Power Flow 4 always surprises me a little. It has a few unique asanas and the pacing is wonderful. I work fairly hard but there is a nice spirit to it, too.
And thank you, Dawnelle, for your lovely voice, your beautiful pacing and over-all vibe. They all lend so much to a great practice.

Dawnelle - I own most all of your classes and I love love love them! I can t say enough about your style and cueing - hands down your my favorite instructor on YDL. However - there is a pose in this class you refer to as "scorpion updog" which follows the child s pose in the sun B series. I ve listened to your verbal instruction numerous times and I can t figure out what it is. The pose guide doesn t include it and I ve tried Googling it and nothing is coming up. The closest I m finding is the scorpion pose which I don t think is what you re referring.

Just did the 45 minute class! I feel grounded and relaxed, but like I still got a workout - just the way I want to feel after yoga. Highly recommended.

Excellent class. Liked the flexibility across levels for the poses. Pacing was not too fast, not too slow--just right. Great workout for the whole body.

This was an enjoyable class. Dawnelle offers concise cues and an inventive flow, though a bit repetitive. If you want a good cardio session, this is the class for you.

Loved the 60 minute class! It is perfect to do at home when you don t feel like driving to a studio. It has the perfect combination of different poses to keep me entertained and invigorated!

This has to be one of the best yoga classes I have ever done. The 60 minutes passed in a flash and by the end, my mind and my body were in complete harmony. The sun salutation B flow was challenging but done in such a way that you feel strong, graceful and light all at the same time.

Love this strengthing and energising class that i found gave me a good workout while at the same time has a calming effect. This is what i search for in my yoga practice, and the 20min class gave me a taste of wanting more! Think im going to have to buy the 60min class.

What an amazing class! I do the 20 min version 3 to 4 times per week directly after getting out of bed in the morning. It gets your energy going, has rather mild twists (perfect for mornings when twists are harder - at least for me). And Dawnelle has a great, calm and motivating voice. This class is in my Top 3!

Took this class today and thought it was great. Loved the way it moves in half circles too. really nice. I always learn a lot from dawnelle. She flows, but she really teaches,
it`s a great balance. Also a bit of philosphy in this one that really helped me open up and float through it, even while I was going for it.
