Excellent work out. Nice modifications.

A very nice practice. It moves with a good pace, though nothing feels rushed, and challenges ones strength and stamina.
I enjoyed Dave Farmar s instruction and will try more of his classes.

This 75 minute class is great. It is challenging to make you sweat, and slow enough to work on technique. It includes a little ab set too. Dave is an excellent and enthusiastic instructor.

I practice Baptiste yoga at a great studio I m totally in love with - this is a GREAT at home video. Really invigorating, challenging, mind-engaging, great for when you re under a lot of stress. All the muscle-strengthening and more of the stretching you d expect from Baptiste.

Great class, I love the challenging flow, easy to listen to and understand he commands. Great work out!

was just ok - not as strenuous as I thought it would be.

Excellent. Just like being at my studio at home. Great pace, well orchestrated. Definitely earns five stars.

I love Daves s classes. Just did the 60 minute class. Nice challenges, great cueing and an unexpected ab workout at the end. Just awesome!

Good class. Not for all levels, though.

Couldn t get through 5 minutes because of the instructor s aggressive style of speaking. Very disappointing because it sounds like lots of folks like the pose series itself... please consider another version with a less violent inflection of voice.

I couldn t make it through more than 5 minutes of this class because of the shouting. I don t mind peppy or spirited instruction, but the way the volume spikes suddenly was really annoying and distracting.

This is a good, challenging class, but I really wish Yogadownload had other teachers as an option for a Baptiste style of class. I found the extend to which Dave Farmer almost shouts at you during the class very off-putting and distracting. I like the class itself, but won t be taking it again because I of his instruction.

Love this class! I do it to get sweaty and worked!
Dave Farmar s talking seemed to bother some reviewers but I was grateful for the enthusiasm. I laughed the first time I did this class; he gets very enthusiastic and raises his voice a little. I told my husband it sounded like a football coach.....but don t let that derail your thoughts on this class.
I am trying to strengthen and tone my body so I can work towards some more challenging poses. This class is definitely doing great things for my arms and core.
It is an excellent class: great cues, 75 minutes is solid work-out and the three Oms at beginning and end prepare me for the practice and take me deep.

Super class, hard, but good options to adjust, great instruction. I learned more about the poses in this terrifically balanced class. Everything got a workout but nothing over done. Thanks to David. I feel complete.....

Very good class. Nice core work at the end and his teaching is VERY POSITIVE! Also try the BPVY3 class.

This truly is an All-Levels class.
Not as sedate as what I usually practice, this style of class is for when I need to blow off a little steam.
I recently developed a trick knee, so following a power yoga class is a touch-and-go proposition. Once in a while, substituting a downdog for a 3-pose vinyasa and using my block and strap where necessary, I find I can do this.
The right class level for me, is much more important than the style of class, I have found; after sampling studios, videos and teachers in 3 styles plus freeform; and dancing and practicing pilates.
This 75 minute video is a keeper--one that I will return to fairly often.

Love this and all Dave s classes. He keeps me coming back to my mat on even the hardest days.

This is a great class. I really like Dave Farmar as an instructor, and sometimes I enjoy the banter in his live classes, but I prefer these YDL classes that aren t live. Sometmes Baptiste is too fast for me, and I don t feel like I get a good stretch, but this class has a really good balance between fast paced sections, poses that require some strength, and getting a good stretch.
