I took the half hour core class and found it challenging but not excessive. The CD format and presentation is somewhat dated but still a good class.
Could not play because of pot Internet connection
Lovely class to do after a hiit workout. Toning and relaxing.
Don t waste your time if you want a real core work out. Boring, slow and way too easy.

Why be so vicious? I did not find the class very easy and I do lots of core yoga.
Extremely lame.
Do we have to be so vicious especially on a yoga site? I do lots of core yoga and certainly did not find this class too easy.
