As always, Jackie is great. But i thought the accompanying music was quite stressfull. And that is the reason for the four star rating. Also i think it is more of a beginner class? Anyhow, thank you!

This is a very gentle morning practice. Jackie, as usual, is spot on with her cueing and her soothing voice. I gave it 4 stars because I think it s a beginner level and not beg. adv. and up as marked. But for what it is, it s a very good class.

This was a great flow to work out the tightness of my muscles in the morning. I appreciated her brief but descriptive explanation of the poses and reminder to guide with the breath. I ll definitely do this flow again.

What a great class! I was looking for something to get me through the afternoon after a rough night s sleep, and this did the trick. I felt stronger each time we went through the sequences, and my muscles warmed up quite nicely. Definitely recommend this one!

I am loving this class. Please consider making a 45 or 60 min class I will totally buy it!

This was my first class through Yogadownload so I wasn t sure what to expect. I actually liked this class a lot and I would do it again definitely, after I explore more of the site. I agree that in just 25 minutes I felt like I got in a fairly intense session, particularly toward the end as she went into a couple of rounds of vinyasa through to crescent lunge, and then twisting in the crescent lunge. I thought there was a good balance between instructing, and flowing. For me, this is a practice I would want to do when I was feeling fairly strong, and I think it would be too intense for an evening session; better for the morning to get a burst of energy in before the day starts.

for such a short practice, i like that it still brings heat to the body. this was a pleasant, energizing flow, perfect for the morning. it s a slow, controlled practice that builds in pace. i always enjoy Jackie s classes!

As usual, Jackie does not fail in her class. There is a lot of yoga packed into this 25 minutes class. I had a sweat going & felt great when done. It was perfect as I didn t feel up to doing a full hour this morning but feel like I got a great workout done; feeling refreshed & great when done. Thanks, Jackie! Keep them coming.
