As a 62 year old beginner, I found this class to be quite challenging... in a very good way. I look forward to more fully experiencing the flow. So I will keep coming back to this wonderful practice with Kylie.

At the start of every ski season, I take a lesson to relearn the proper form and technique I forgot about. I do the same with yoga. I love all of Kylie s classes, and I feel like she is right there with me as all the tweaks she suggests seem to be exactly what I need. This class is a great beginning class, a class to revisit after an injury or absence from a regular yoga practice, or to revisit foundational poses. Thanks, Kylie!

Absolutely perfect pacing. Great teaching cues, great workout, easy to keep up with. I m an experienced yogi, but I m coming off of 3 months of physical therapy for a shoulder and knee injury. This class gave me a great workout without stressing my injuries.

I chose this class for a morning session with my fiance. It was perfect. The verbal cues and adjustments are great for the beginner level since learning proper form is so important. As a more advanced yogi, I thought it was a great way to wake up the body after literally just rolling out of bed, incorporating a full practice without anything too intense.

This is just right for me, a 67 yr old off-and-on yoga practicer. The teacher is very good at describing poses and her pace is perfect.

Really nice class. I m not a beginner but it was my first time with the Qi style. The instructor cues perfectly and offered some nice adjustments to basic poses. There was a good flow of sun salutations as well. I would definitely recommend this instructor and look forward to trying more of her classes.

I really enjoyed this beginner class. The instructor s really good at describing the do s and don ts of each pose, and I liked that there was no musical accompaniment. It s a nice class and you flow through each pose using your breath. I will definitely do this class again. Thank you, YD!

I am very new to yoga. I used to dance but after an injury, I saw my flexibility and strength decrease. I enjoyed the pace and felt comfortably exerted after the session completed. You will feel this in your muscles but feel accomplished versus exhausted.

Only 3 months into Yoga myself, I agree with Meg, I felt this class too. But I highly recommend it as a beginner and as a good intro to the flowing style of Qi. I really liked this one, will probably make it a part of a regular routine while I continue to get grounded in the basics.

Great class! Good for building strength and flexibility, and the poses are explained well. I felt like I stretched every muscle group by the end of the class, and was relaxed too!

If you are a true beginner like me, I think you ll feel this session. Flow style yoga, so you are moving through poses with your breath. Great teacher, good explanations. No music to accompany lesson.
