Reboot in 3 minutes or less! This class offers 11 simple, easy, and effective techniques that remove deep anxieties so that you can feel more like yourself. Ancient Indian seers, known as Rishis, transmitted these techniques not only to handle stress and manage times of change, but to be renewed and revitalized. These were considered sacred and secret for thousands of years and were passed from master to student. "The mission of my mentor Yogi Bhajan, who came to the United States in 1969, was to make these teachings accessible to anyone, not just those few who could devote their whole lives to spiritual development. These techniques, which have served a privileged few for thousands of years, now can fit into our busy and hectic lifestyles. It is my deep hope they serve you in the same way that they have served me. This is the art of the Three Min Start." ~ Mahankirn Kaur, creator of Three Min Start The Three Min techniques have been created to fit into busy modern lives. They have been carefully selected for everyone to use. Whether you are a beginner who has never done yoga before or an experienced yoga devote, there are plenty of exercises for all. - Be Relaxed (release tension) - Bye Bye Blues (rolls away black clouds) - Calm Heart (balance your emotions) - Connect (deepen your ability to relate to others) - Don’t Meditate (brings inner peace and joy) - Ease Anxiety (sooth frazzled nerves) - Good Mood (brighten your outlook) - Inner Harmony (adjust your body’s energy) - Office Focus (direct your energy) - Still Mind (experience the moment) - Stress Less (reduce the effects of stress)

These 3 minute starts are all very interesting. I love that they take almost no time at all and I really do feel different/better afterwards.
They are very interesting and it has a lot of fun to exercise my different parts of body and to connect to my mind. Thank you!
Whoa! I just completed the office focus min mediation and am amazed at how well it worked! Will be coming back to this one for sure, thankfully I get to work mostly from home, I think that one would get some stares :)
wonderful exercises/meditation that help with mood disorders. I love that the exercises are short and sweet and I can do at work when it gets hectic.
Is form important here? Are you suppose to keep your shoulders down?
I really liked this exercise. The difference between side was amazing
Loved the Lotus hand position and the fun of a short non meditation. I feel energized and happy.
maybe I m just not very good at meditating, but I didn t get much out of any of these. I played through one after the other, hoping I would connect with one of them, but it just didn t happen. modifying the breathing is always good, so I may use those again. the one trying to stay out of balance--tight on the right, relaxed on the left--was interesting, but I had to go back & do the other side. I felt really off after just doing the right side. if you re able to connect, these are short, sweet, and to the point.
These are great! Easy to do, short and very effective. Amazing how I feel after just 3 minutes!
These exercises are just plain cool. Each offers one I ve done offers a very specific method of reaching the described goal of the meditation. And they work. I am very new at meditation and I have loved each one I ve tried (connect, don t meditate, and good mood so far).
