Great flow and instructions from Jackie as always. I would have preferred no music as the music selection was distracting with the beats, however, I enjoyed the ambient music towards the end.

Good use of 20 minutes before savasana. After a sun A with a little side bending, she builds a nice sequence from chair. Some twisting, lunging, balancing and at the end, some back strengthening. There were a couple of breaths that were not in sync but nothing to keep me from not doing this again.

As always a wonderful class. I found myself a bit confused, honestly that was my fault waiting until 11:00p.m. to get on my mat. ?? Jackie s voice is so calming & her cueing is perfect. Thank you again & I hope to join with you on one of your "live" classes this coming week. Namaste.

I love Jackie s classes. This one builds up to a nice pace, and there s enough repetition in the sequences that you can really get into the flow. I ll do this one again.

I love this 20 minute session. It is a very well rounded quick flow class to get my started first thing in the morning.

I was a little disappointed in this class....I loved her Warming Balancing flow, but something about this was a bit off. For me, the breath cues were a little mistimed-too delayed in the beginning, then too fast in the middle. The flow itself was creative, but I never "clicked in."

Great short class. It has original sequences of poses, keeping it interesting. The instructions are clear, making it easy to follow. Good class to do if you are not able to make time for a longer practice, but still want to do something.

This is a great class. I do it first thing in the morning. In addition to the positive physical work out, it helps establish a healthy mind- body rhythm. Jackie s directions are clear and easy to follow.

I love my long yogadownload classes, but on those days when I don t have the time, these high quality 20 min. classes keep me doing yoga daily. This class, particularly, has that "short but whole" feeling that wipes the guilt of doing a quicky-class right away. (I also love that I can click my iphone app and not even have to bother with my computer for these short classes.) Thanks for keeping it real!

Loved this class, especially the Sun B flow - it s a creative sequence of poses. It really requires you to pay attention to what you re doing, and makes this class very much like a moving meditation. Like the other commenters, I would love to see a longer version of this class.

this class is fresh and indeed warming. it created a sense of empowerment and grace. i feel flexible and strong and ready to shine my heart s light throughout my day! the only complaint is i wish it were a longer class :)
