A just what I needed class! With gyms closed, due to the pandemic, I ve only been road biking & walking for cardio. And, I m having a hard time committing to weights from home. I ll definitely repeat this class, when I want more cardio/toning than straight yoga.

I love this sequence. I am on old school yogi that has become too flexible after 25 years. This is the right way for me to regain stability and enjoy it. None of the bring a towel actually make me sweat. This video however is something else. Bring it on! Thanks Becca.

Excellent class...

Becca Riopelle is a machine. Seriously. She just kicks my butt so bad, and she doesn t seem to be out of breath or breaks a sweat. Her workouts would make Olympic athletes and Navy Seals crumble. I m in pretty good shape but just fyi, get ready to cry if you do this workout. Honestly, I don t think Becca is a real human.

To date 8/7/2018 this was the hardest workout yet. I guess I’m not as young as I once was! I’ll definitely try it again!?? ?? ?????

I’m a huge fan of Core Power - yoga sculpt. I’ve been looking for something similar online and it seems I’ve come to the right place. Nice challenging yoga-themed workout.

This class is AMAZING. I m not a die hard yogi so for me, this mix of yoga with strength and cardio is perfect. My entire body is shaking and drenched in sweat - definitely comparable to an Insanity workout and will continue to do this on a weekly basis. Absolutely love Becca - all of her classes are challenging and do a great job of giving those of us who want cardio and strength, but still some yoga! Thank you!

This was a very difficult workout, but it s definitely a bit of a stretch to call it yoga. I guess she keeps reminding you of your breath? Anyhow, it s still a great workout!

This is one I just keep coming back to! Guaranteed sweat and burn every time, and some days you just need that intensity ( or at least I do). There is enough yoga type alignment for me to also get some lengthening and stretch although I do usually stretch more on my own when it s over. It s a phenomenal workout but go elsewhere if you want flow or focus on breath.

Very nice class from a pure cardio aerobic standpoint, but it is really pushing it to even call it a yoga class. For me it would be ideal if half of this class were the weighted/cardio movements and the other half was using all that warmth to get into some deep stretches along with a nice long cool down that really lengthens us after all the work. Good if you just want to sweat and work cardio, but you ll need to do additional stretches to feel you got a whole body workout.

I did this workout a week ago for the first time and it was so hard. But, I just decided to do it every other day till I can do the whole routine with out stopping. So far I moved up in weight size from a 3 to a five and I feel stronger. I have less stops and today made it till the end with just a few modified poses. I think by next week I should be able to do it all the way. Great challenge !

Haven t done this one in a few years and WOW I m sore today! Need to keep it in my regular rotation! Great class!

This class amazing reviews speak for itself! It always takes me a few minutes to really get to pushing myself with this class but by the end I m making every rep and feeling all the burn. I like to start with some of the modifiers on my knee for some of the first few weights portions because I have weak ankles. The fact I can still modify and sweat like crazy proves the versatility of this class. Thank you Becca R. I love your encouragement and your strength!

A challenging, rewarding workout!! Push through and enjoy your success!

If you re looking for a very difficult gym-class workout then this will be great for you, but this is NOT a yoga class. Burpees? Jumping jacks? You can t just throw a savasana at the end of a workout and call it yoga. Not what I was expecting, and not what I was looking for. Very high impact, and dangerous for your joints if you are not meticulous with your alignment.

Tough workout, got me sweating! The movements and poses were not difficult to understand and the instructions were clear - I particularly enjoyed the countdown followed by instruction of what would be next. I ve never done burpees in a yoga class before but they definitely got the heart rate up. Looking forward to doing this again.

Like the description says, I personally found this to be the hardest class I ve ever done. I felt like the cardio moves were a bit high impact to be doing barefoot, so if you have foot problems keep that in mind. If you feel like giving up during the first 10-15 minutes...don t! I took lots of breaks, but I found the second half of the class to be a little easier to get into a flow and more enjoyable. Overall a good class.

Great step-up from her 25 and 30 mini bootcamp workouts.

Wow! That was an amazing and CHALLENGING class. I think I spent most of the time laying on the floor sweating during the core exercises, but hopefully little by little I will be able to do everything. The instructor is fantastic and the cueing is excellent. I appreciate the modifications as well as I have had 3 knee surgeries and don t want a 4th.
I took another one of her classes two days ago and was sore (in a good way) for 2 days straight.
I have no doubt that this will sculpt like no other class. Combined with some nice yoga w/o weights and more stretching, for me, there s no need to go back to the yoga studio and pay crazy amounts for cramped classes that are often difficult to fit into my busy schedule.
Thank you Yoga Download!!!!! It s 9:40 p.m and after a long shower I will sleep well!

Okay this was awesome. Definitely necessary to incorporate into your weekly workout. She s as tough as an insanity workout. She gets the job done. For those who want a challenge here it is. Don t kid yourself be prepared to work and sweat.

This was hard in all the right ways. Expect to sweat. I had to modify A LOT, but that s okay because it gives me something to work toward. I like the speed of the workout and I like the way the teacher is so explicit in her explanations. I also like the way she sets you up for the next pose near the end of the current pose so there s no waiting for what s next. I used 3 pound weights which was more than enough for me. If you are looking for awesome arms, balance, strength, cardio, and core work, this is for you. It would also be a great addition to the weekly workout of someone preparing for an adventure race like the Tough Mudder.

This is a great leg and glutes workout, but there were a lot more lunges than I would normally want to do (a bit excessive actually). The cardio sections were good additions as well, but just not quite the "yoga" workout I wanted (seemed more like a piloxing workout than yoga). Again, it was a great workout, just not what I was expecting.

What a satisfying, challenging workout! The instructions are so clear I barely had to look at my computer. I am definitely going to download this one.

This is an awesome class! Very challenging, but very worth it! I haven t sweat like i did with this class in a long time! Great cardio, abs, weights!
By Maria | Saturday, August 17, 2013
This was a really intense class, but I felt so good afterwards. I was looking for a cardio and strength yoga-like session. This was perfect for that. I used 8lb weights because that s all I have, but if I plan on doing this more often (which I do) I am going to get a pair or two of lighter weights. This was also a really good leg-intensive class (even though it s called hardCORE).
By Jenniferkrauss | Wednesday, July 31, 2013
It s really hard. She doesn t work both sides equally though, so I would have to switch sides every time I do this class. Everything is sore! Awesome!

EASILY THE HARDEST CLASS ON THE SITE LOVED IT.
I loved this class because not only do I burn over 600 calories doing it, I just feel so strong after it!! I tried to get my boyfriend to do it and he couldn t even keep up! :)

woah. I was not ready for this one-starts off with Planks....and Planks...and Planks, gets worse too:) I only got through 40 min my first time, sweating like a hog-definitley will do this one again!

This class kicked my butt! And I am pretty fit. Very challenging- be ready to work and sweat. Instructor good but not a lot of time for transitions.
By Tammie | Sunday, June 2, 2013
I did the mini bootcamp one yesterday, which convinced me to do this full one. I never had so much sweat from doing a workout at home before. I had lots of fun with this.

Fantastic full-body morning workout! I loved this-Becca got my heartrate up, and with a combination of yoga, weights, and calisthenics, I feel terrific. I could easily do this type of 30 minute workout every morning and meet my goals.

This class is invigorating, challenging, and fun! The instructor is WONDERFUL-- good sense of humor, very motivating, and uplifting. The class is a mix of sun salutation flows, strength exercises for the whole body, and bursts of plyometric cardio. Even the warm up is a super challenging plank sequence-- I was sweating right away. I highly recommend this to yogis who gravitate towards fast-paced vinyasa and who also enjoy cardio. There are modifications for those who don t do high impact. You ll feel amazing afterwards!

Love Barre? Love Yoga? Love Moving? Or any variation of just 1 of these? Love feeling GREAT? This class is like finding the love of your life, cuz these types of teachers are rare gems to find online. And, if you don t know what true love yet feels like, pick this hard-to-find type class, and enjoy the effective body scrub. "You re gonna love the way you look AND feel, I guarantee it." It s a class you can do many times over cuz there s a billion ways to vary the moves into making it a total "what you need" class. Thanks YogaD for bringing this great teacher and class to my home mat. I ll be back.

This class was super challenging and fun. Equal parts yoga and bootcamp, it got my heart rate up and my muscles shaking. Becca is a motivating, confident instructor who you can tell doesn t take herself too seriously. I ll be doing this again, for sure!
