great class to take you through basic postures in a bit of a different way. great for stabilizing, increased flexibility and pose alignnement. Terrific beginner s class or on slower moving days.

Turn off right at the start- video by a medical doctor cautioning menstruating women to avoid inversions. This exclusion is absolutely unnecessary and not supported by current research.

Very calming and relaxing but I feel the classification for this class should be simply beginner vs advanced beginner. For me, it was too easy, not enough strengthening balanced with relaxing.

Lovely meditative practice. Great for people like me who are big movers to slow down and not push every move to its limits. Agree with previous comment that a little more instruction on alignment/posture may have been good, but then I don t think that was the point of this class.

After a summer of parties and picnics and not so much yoga, I got a nasty cold. This was the perfect way to ease back into healthier practices. Slow and gentle, but balanced and effective. Mellow voice and peaceful music to boot. Will definitely watch again and plan to check out his other classes.

Not an Advanced Beginner class, but a Beginner Beginner class. Good if you cannot do much and are looking for a nice stretch. For being so slow, it could have incorporated more instruction.

I tried this yoga class since I have a sore foot and was unsure of what I could do. I found the class both invigorating and relaxing. The pace is slow and controlled, and it gave me confidence to try another gentle class until my foot heals.

Was a wonderful way to move my body and get some focus on my breath in the middle of the day. I appreciated that it did so much for only 20 min. so I could do it during my mid-day break. Larry doesn t over talk, but gives enough cues to make following the video easy. Thank you
