Starting with five times of Sun Salutation, and moving to twists, balance, core work, and back bend. The slow movement make it easier to do all. Thank you.
So relaxing. ‘Challenge yourself, don’t strain yourself’. Excellent class. Felt longer than 40 minutes. Really forced me to slow down and quiet my mind.
I would prefer to have the download on my device, rather than download every time. I know it s crazy, but there are times when I don t have wifi, or it isn t strong enough to download at the time.

I second this! Even withWifi download version it is hard for me to download when I want to. I have never even been able to view this download.
Great video for stretching and relaxation. I would say this is more of a beginner video vs intermediate and I would call the intensity "you ll feel it," as I felt it was much easier than that. Overall good video, just not what I was looking for.
Nice gentle practice. Great for a short period of time. I felt relaxed and gently stretched. Not an intense class. The repetitions build flexibility and confidence in the breath.
This was an excellent class. The only suggestion I have is to do some warm-up before moving into Sun Salutation. This may just be my personal preference I stopped video, did a 5 minute warm up series and then continued with video. Instructions and postures were excellent. Also the counter-poses and rests provided the opportunity to integrate the physical movement, breath, and mind. Not many classes offer this which I think is crucial in a yoga practice. Brings balance to body, mind, and spirit Excellent. Thank you Larry:)
