I love this class. It is perfect. I love the way Larry combines repetitive dynamic movements followed by a holding.
I had just gotten back into yoga as a beginner, and after about a month, I got sick. After a week of no exercise, this was great to ease my creaky body back into it. I would like if it were a little longer, but it definitely got my troubled back and neck back into the program.
Very easy to follow. The pace is perfect for someone my age. I am enjoying doing the Yoga routines.
