Very relaxing. I enjoyed the music.
Absolutely lovely sequence and i DO feel restored. I would have given it 5 stars but for the Savasana: I would have preferred to be brought out of it instead of thinking oh the music has finished, must be time to get up . Or maybe say at the start that people can stay there as long as they want. Om shanti.
Great to end a stressful day. More restorative.
Short and simple
Good as an evening wind down; very few postures and moves as a very slowly. Focus is more on breathing. Postures include the downward dog, bridge and side stretching.
