Great booty kicking class. I had to pause a few times, but I m sure if I did this class a couple times a week if definitely see a notice in weight loss. Thank Kylie you rock!

I m a former student of Qi Yoga in Denver, CO. I rarely made it in time to one of Kylie s classes because they were always mat-to-mat 20 minutes before class even started. (No joke!) Nothing beats that amped up vibe of her students, but still, I m THRILLED to be able to take her classes at home!! YAAY!!

Fabulous class! Loved the way the cardio, weights and flows were mixed - just when i was reaching my edge with the workout a nice flow came along to re-charge me! Will definitely be feeling this tomorrow!

Did this as 5th class in Week 1 of Yoga for Weight Loss. Not sure if there ll be any weight loss and I don t have scales here to check but this class certainly gave me a very thorough workout and I feel the burn. I did find it difficult at times to keep yoga breathing going so was glad of the frequent reminders. Good to have a full savasana at the end.

I like Kylie and her style teaching but I really dislike workouts that focus so much on one muscle group. In this case, the thighs. This is not a total body workout. Pretty much just thighs and some glutes until the end when the weights are used slightly. Not enough arm or core. It should be renamed thigh sculpt.

Great class to get up a good sweat. Lots of cute positive reminders during the class. It was a good mix of stretching and strength. If you did this 3 times a week you d definitely notice a difference to your body.

Nice class, with good flows and positive effective cuing. The hour went quickly. Not as challenging or varied as any of Bwcca Riopelle classes, but if you do those regularly this may be a fantastic go-to alternative intermediate workout.

The most successful integration of Yoga with Cardio and Weights I ve seen on YDL thus far, I ve done a bunch of classes that were great but the Yoga wasn t as foregrounded. And what a work out, too. Simple yoga but the class requires lots of energy and stamina.

I really enjoyed this class, but am only giving 4.5 stars because, like one other review, I also felt like a little more warm up would be nice. Today I finally made it through the class, this was my 3rd attempt. It is an A$$ kicker. I dreaded turning it on because I "wasn t feelin it" but it was completely worth it! I recommend this workout to anyone that wants to sweat!

I love Kylie s classes! This one is awesome because it really hits all areas. Another thing that I really like about Kylie in general is that she always remains positive and is not pretentious in teaching. I like that she complements the models too! A++++ Will be doing this regularly because I feel great afterwards!

This class is one I come back to again and again. It is challenging and though I have lots of room to improve, it works every part of my body hard. The pace is good and the directions are clear. A great class by one of my favorite yoga download instructors!

Excellent class. Perfect for those rainy/snowy winter days when you can t get outside, this class brings the heat! One suggestion would be to make a version that doesn t have music in it so that I could play my own music in the background. I m not really a huge fan of smooth jazz:)

What a great workout! Kylie is a clear instructor who knows how to make you give her class all you ve got. The class itself is also very challenging, enough so that you re proud to have finished it but not so much that you can t. Highly recommended for those days when you want to push yourself. I also like the fact that yoga is quite present in the class, and that there is a good cool down period at the end.

I loved this workout. I was called in to sub a core yoga class and was looking for some new ideas and thought I would add some weights. I found many great variations, transitions and modifications (with weights) that I can use for both my regular class and the core class. The instruction was clear and thorough and Molly did a perfect job of demonstrating the postures. Thanks!

I am new to trying yoga, as I usually prefer running and weights, but I loved this class. It was a great workout, and the instructor s voice is very calming while also being very encouraging. Highly recommended!

Yikes-you re gonna work that booty like she says, but in the first 10 minutes my arms were real hot too. I didnt use weights at all, just tensed the muscles that were going to be working and I was still tired afterwards. My legs are total mush now....I ll be coming back for sure! She gives great instruction throughout the whole class.

Very challenging workout. I m out of shape so I had to stop a few times to take a break, but overall great full body workout. It will definitely pay off to do this a few times every week.

What a great workout! I was dripping sweat by the end. I liked the creative sequencing and the flow portion followed by the strength portion. I had to drop my 3lb weights because I was out of breath. Great workout!

Great class! I was dripping with sweat by the 15-minute mark. A challenging lower-body workout, with a bit of upper body (shoulders and arms mainly) and core added in. Although I will definitely do this one again, the only thing I would add (perhaps to make it a 60-minute class versus 55-minute) would be a few extra things targeting the core. (I loved the flow series with the wide and cross-body knee pulls though!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This class was a killer workout! I m surprised I got through it without pressing the pause button. It is certainly a mental exercise as well as physical. Trying to concentrate on breath while not collapsing. Easily one of the most challenging classes I have ever had. During some of the sumo squats, my entire lower body was shaking. No pain, no gain!

This was an amazing class and I can feel it all over! I loved incorporating the light weights for an extra calorie burn. I feel so energized, though I m sure I will be a bit sore tomorrow. If you want an all over sculpting class with built in Yoga, then this is the class for you. One of my favorites to date.

Are you CRAZY AWESOME??? YES! this is such a great class because it s like living REAL LIFE out on the mat. You not only get a great workout that we always like but you challenge your mind as well as feel the joy that Kyle kicks out during class. It s impossible NOT to smile and have fun on this classes mat and you end feeling energized and strong. More Kyle Qi/Sculpt/Cardio! bravo!
