Kylie Larson is among the best YogaDownload instructors. This class is amazing. After only 25 minutes you ll feel like you have done an hour of yoga. Her instructions are clear; the flow is perfect. And for those who are not convinced yet, it s free! And I should say, much better than some classes you have to pay for...

Kylie does such a great job of explaning each pose so that you are sure to really fire it up and do it right and of course never even miss having the video, which allows you to focus more inward rather than needing to watch a video. Its very challenging and cleansing.

I like how she encouraged core strengthening by keeping us in the twisted poses a fair amount of breaths. It was challenging and invigorating. I look forward to more classes with this yoga instructor.

I did this class after a strength class, so I was already pretty warm. The class was exactly what was promised. It got me working and worked out some kinks in my back. Will definitely keep this one in the rotation!

Awesome class! Very much my style in both teaching and practicing. Her focus to alignment and solid cues were great. As an instructor it s important to make the cues not only consistent but also vary them from side to side. Giving the student the opportunity to find something new as they explore the asanas. She did an excellent job with this and I found this challenging detoxifying flow to be spot on for me. Thank you:)

Great pace to start the morning, but it really is energizing so it s not great for a lazy morning. Otherwise, I agree with another review in that it felt like it was only 10 minutes. Clear cues and the volume was fine. I would do longer versions of this class.

This is a great class. Indeed, very energizing and challenging. However, with the instructor s gentle guidance, it is doable. One bit of constructive criticism: be careful of your tendency to let the last couple syllables of your sentences to drop in volume.

As promised energy and twists. Soft music plays in background. The only watch out I would have is that since it is a 25 minute class you get into the twists quickly, after about 3 quick sun salutations. Might be best to do when you have already been up and about. I used it as a sunrise class and had to stop the tape to warm up more before the intense twists.
