I keep coming back to this old classes for two reasons: 1. They re better than some of the newer classes. 2. The option of audio only is perfect (if not necessary!) for certain occasions. This one though, I may have to take out of my favourites only because of the horrendous, jarring, techno soundtrack. I so wish YogaDownload would give us an option to have all classes not only in audio mode, but also SILENT mode. I wish would could hear (and concentrate) on the instructor s cues rather than be distracted by music that does not even match the mood of the class. Kylie is an instructor, but thanks to YogaDownload s delivery, some of her classes are ruined.

I ve always enjoyed Kylie s classes. This was the first audio only class I ve done. Her cues are on point and easy to follow. Very good morning stretch class!

Perfect for the morning when my muscles are still tight. It is just the right length class to incorporate into my morning without having to rush to get ready for work afterwards. Kylie s cues are excellent and it was so easy to follow. Great class!

Love this class. I m in 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training and it was beneficial to listen to the cueing without having a video. The music was spot on, WHERE can I download the soundtrack? I am still working on camel, strange that one is so tough for me despite being able to do Wheel. Thank you and Namaste 3

Good class for morning, to stretch.
Since it s audio only, it helps if you know the poses and how to transition.
I found camel at end to be OK, didn t have problem with it.

loved it. i love kylie s style. i agree with another reviewer that my low back would have liked a bit more warming up before camel, though timewise, this was perfect, so i don t know how it would have fit in.

Excellent morning routine. So glad other poses than up/down dog. So original. Why the dance music? Not sure but Orlando yoga studios play Led ZeplinPink Floyd go figure. There s just so much excellent yoga music available why play this? No idea.

Mmyeh. Found frustrating, her description of a side bend from mountain pose didn t come through for me, I was trying to figure how to do a side twist from forward standing bend each time it was described. When I hit the pose guide to try to follow along, the audio stopped. Guess I should have put in more prep and downloaded it the night before since I knew I would be in my usual morning hurry.

Good morning flow, the shoulder openers and camel were much needed. I would have switched the seated twists at the beginning to occur after cat/cow or when you re body is a bit more warmed up, to avoid injury.

I think I would have really enjoyed this class if for whatever reason every time my iPad screensaved it stopped the audio and would only start over at the beginning, not at the point where it stopped. Luckily I was able to follow the pose guide to the best of my ability, but would have enjoyed to utilize both audio and pose guide together.

I wanted a class that would start out easy while I m still trying to get my eyes open in the morning and this was it! The instructor eases you into a series of gentle poses that builds to some heat and definitely left me feeling energized for the day - In just 20 minutes!

Really nice class to start the day off. Since it s an audio, I was very happy that the pose instructions were very easy to follow. I would maybe bring down the intensity level rating. It was pretty easy.

Perfect length to do when you roll out of bed and before going to work. There was a good balance of slowly warming me up in the beginning with slow stretches, then easing into a faster warming flow. Clear instructions and great pace. Will do again!

What a perfect 20 minute class. The instructor is lively, warm, and clear in her directions. I worked up a sweat, got some kinks out of my body, and felt a lot more centered and prepared for my day following. Really delightful and engaging.

Ahhh this class was just what I needed in the morning. It is challenging in that it made me work up a sweat, but it never reached that point where I needed to lie in child s pose. The instructor s voice is upbeat; I felt she was speaking directly to me. I want to download this and play it every morning :)
