Incredible whole body workout! Definitely working hard and sweating during this one, but it s worth it for that great after workout feeling. Thank you Becca!

Amazing cardio and ab workout. Just a quick note that if you’re over 50 like me, you may want to wear sneakers if you’re going to participate in jumping. I hurt my foot one time trying to do jumping jacks without sneakers. Takes a very long time to heal.
I thought this would be a little slower and more focused on weights. By the time we got there I was too pooped to keep gong. And I consider myself relatively fit for my age.
Overall, great workout. I may leave this one for the younger women. LOL.

Wow! Yoga bootcamp. Starts with a serious ab/core workout, then cardio and legs and then upper body/lower body and balance with weights. She gives plenty of modifications and keeps you motivated and counts down so you know what s ahead. Excellent full body killer workout!

This is one hella of a class! It will kick your butt.
If you re really looking to lose weight, this is the class for you.
Again, Great Job Becca!! Keep up the butt kicking workouts!

Becca is one of the very few instructors where Bring A Towel rings true. So many other classes on Yogadownload claiming to be at this level, barely raise my heart rate, never mind breaking a sweat. Her classes should be the standard by which all other "Bring A Towel classes are judged. She s one of my favorites.

Holy Sweat!

Another very good Cardio Weights class with Yoga elements. I wish there were a little more stretching warm up in the beginning, all the "legs up the wall" crunches at the top aren t suitable for those with tight hamstrings such as myself, would have loved some modification advice there. I kept my legs bend. After that, it was great!

Awesome!!!!

Simply Awesome workout! At 30 minutes you get a quick child s pose break & she says you can take a sip of water! I needed it. I ve done the class 2 times now & can tell the difference from the first time to this time. I m moving better & keeping up with her pace. She s a real challenge. Yes! I would like to know how she manages to give great clues & not sound breathless during the class. I do spin 2-3X/week & yoga/pilates the other days. Nothing has made me sweat so fast as this class and I do it under a ceiling fan. At 30 minutes I was sweating but felt good. I can t quite keep up with the burpees yet, but I m working on it. I wear my heart rate monitor and burned over 400 calories!! This class is just as good if not better than what you would pay a fitness instructor to run you through the exercises for an hour at a gym.
Yep…SUPER!!! (as she says in the end)
Namaste

What I love about Becca s classes is that they are non-stop from start to finish, making it the most efficient work out (if not leaving you gasping for breath). She doesn t leave you hanging in poses while she breaks the movement down, but instead gives alignment cues while you re repping it out. Truly a great teacher. Been doing her classes for 3 weeks and already noticing big changes. Thanks!

Amazing workout!

OMG! This is a tough class and it is non stop. My biggest complaint with weight work is that I get bored - I max out at 2 sets on everything. This moves so fast you don t have time to get bored. Plus, the cues are great!! When I thought I couldn t do anymore, she gave me a time frame to hang in there...sometimes I made it. I have to admit that I took quite a few breaks but, to my defense, I m an advanced beginner at best so this was well outside my comfort zone. Again, the video excelled with giving modifications for my weak back and the lack of interest my knees have in jumping!! I expect to be terribly sore tomorrow but to look great in my strapless ball gown next Saturday night!!

Seriously HARDCORE - be ready to sweat - - and feel it tomorrow (:

Wow! They are not kidding in the class description. That one really beat me up! I think I would do it again when I really need a hardcore workout. My only critic is that the cueing could be clearer; I don t usually practice cardio-fitness-yoga mixes and I got a little confused with the breathing and the names related to weights.

Thank you Becca. In all the online exercise I do (including multiple other barre and fitness sites) you are my go-to instructor. So very much appreciate your straightforward, smart, no jibber-jabber approach and cuing. Please consider adding a 40 minute version of this kind of workout: perfect for taking maximum advantage of work breaks.

What a challenging, invigorating and intense workout! I feel stronger, balanced and ready for my day. I think this could easily replace bootcamp in my exercise routine! Thanks for a wonderful cardio + sculpting workout!

A great class to get in some cardio and sculpting. I am getting back into fitness and found this class very challenging, but there are modifications for those of us who aren t in the best shape (yet!). I will definitely do this class again as a benchmark.

Intense interval workout. Absolutely loved it because it combined yoga, strength training and interval training. This is a keeper!

Great workout for a saturday morning! I felt all my muscles working out from every angle.
By HEATHER | Friday, January 17, 2014
wow. that is intense. Loved it and am excited to do it again - and hopefully continue to get better at it. There are extremely challenging variations and beginner modifications that make this workout one to keep for different ability levels. Thanks for the hard core video!

LOVE ALL OF BECCA S CLASSES! I used to pay over $100 a month for hot yoga classes because I thought that was the only way you could really work up a sweat - her classes are intense! I m dripping by the end, in November with the door open! I ve been doing yoga with weights for over 5 years and I still can t make it all the way through one of her hour classes. An amazing workout!

Excellent! This class produces a full body sweat, dripping into my eyes and I still hadn’t taken all of the advanced variations. The class starts out strong with intense core mat work. Intervals of plyometric work and sculpting work. Well balanced, challenging if you commit and easy to like. More Becca, Please!!

A great class. Super challenging even for very, very fit people. I am used to intense plyometrics, sprints, kettlebells, etc. and this kicked my butt. It is a full hour jam-packed with different moves. It flies by, it s fun, and it is extremely effective.
Note: having done both of Becca s fabulous classes, I think this one is harder. Her first class is great but has a little more vinyasa in it, and a longer stretch at the end. This is just full-on strength and plyo with almost no breaks! Loved it and will do it many times. Can t wait to see what she comes up with next!

Wow...that was really hard! So glad I decided to check it out...it was exactly what I needed. Totally challenging, and yet there are STILL options for making it harder! And, I have to give major props to Becca for keeping her breath and speaking calmly during one-legged burpees. Seriously? Superhuman... :) Great class. Will do it again and look for more in the future!

First THANK YOU! Why? This class is innovative, impossible to NOT be continually present, promoted balance, coordination with fun, challenging, progressive, added cardio, made me laugh because my body is getting stronger at the core, got straight to the work at hand, zoomed quickly even though it s an hour and...just press play, if you want to add some fun and health to your downward facing dog.
We begged for more classes like Becca, and you not only gave us Becca, but amped up the fun. Thank you.
Starts out on your back, which is great..heat up the core, and then there s always ways to adjust to your own level. Plus, barre classes are hot right now and work to change the body...becca is better than barre.
