Amazing class. I rarely can focus through an entire class. This class just flew by. It felt more like 30 min passed, not 70.

I really enjoyed this class! I am new to Bikram series and I was able to achieve a deep and enjoyable experience. Loved the compression and sweat producing a healing detox. I will def. be back for more 3

Wonderful direction on form. Can really feel the muscles straining, the body detoxing. Feel full of energy and focus at the end of the practice. Highly recommend this one. I was practicing in my kitchen which is quite warm and was able to get in some deep stretches. I really enjoyed this practice.

Jules is the best! I highly recommend doing this class when you can t make it to the regular 90 minute hot yoga class at your studio!

It s late at night an no bikram yoga studios were open. I found this and the preview looked like it might be a really good hot yoga class with similar benefits. I heated up my room to 104 and wow. I loved everything about this. So happy I found this - I ve never even been able to find anything close. Make your room nice and hot and enjoy everything you love about bikram minus some of the things you don t. :)

I liked it, because poses were done in 2 sets. So you get familiar with them. Not your typical "flow" set s (going through downward dogs ect) - 60 min. just flew bye.

This was a wonderful class. Instructions perfect! Great hip openers and twist it outs and everything you need all rolled into one class. Leg strengtheners. Just wonderful. She knows her stuff, tells you where to lift and twist and breath perfectly. Excellent flow. Thanks for this one. I could do this class everyday. Reminds me of a class I took at the Y years ago. Had all of the same poses this one didn t have much down dog action but it was excellent all the same.

I had not done a hot yoga series in several years. It was nice to return to it today with this class. Excellent instruction and truly felt great. Instructor was clear and good at guiding me to my edge.

This was a great class, very classic yoga and really good flow. The only thing I thought was missing was an inversion, so I added my own at the end. Otherwise one of my favorite.

I really enjoyed this class. Basic moves with good cueing, but still challenging. I was unable to do a few of the standing poses, but options were available and walked through to keep it challenging. We went through a lot of poses in only an hour, loved and will do this class again.

This routine follows very closely the popular hot yoga that is available in most communities. There are a few poses left out, which is fine. The cueing is excellent; it s not hard (except maybe the standing head-to-knee posture). Starts with deep breathing exercises and ends with breathing exercises. If you ve ever been to a hot yoga studio, you will recognize this one.

I think this may be my favorite class thus far. The pace was very manageable for a beginner. The poses were challenging, but simple. I felt very focused throughout (instead of mostly focused and occasionally flustered).
The set up was very helpful as well- having the instructor separate from the person demonstrating made it easier to see what to do.

Every single thing about this video is PERFECT for me. First, the instruction is excellent. How to stand, exactly. Where to put your weight, how and when to breath, what to do with the other parts of your body that are key to being able to hold the position. Reminders as you hold each pose. The model is great. I would recommend the video if you are a beginner or if you have only done Bikram audio before. I learned so much about how to do each pose correctly, how to hold, how to breath, what to do if I am still working my way up to the full posture. I love this instructor. I am downloading more of her audio and video.
