Did tons of hard-core Becca but quit a year+ ago (long story). Fell out of mental rotation till today & return to this class, done a hundred times before. Still fresh, still 5 star, still challenging for so many fitness levels. Happily back on Becca bus! Best instructor, best classes, ever.

My husband and I loved this class. Good pacing, great cueing, pushed us to our limits for the evening! A towel (or double up the mat) is recommended if you have knee pain for some of the kneeling poses. Also, blocks and weights are needed (I think it says no props; while you can do this without props, you won t get the full benefits).

Great, quick workout that makes you sweat and works your arms and legs at the same time. Becca wastes no time and moves you between moves quickly. Raises your heart rate many times!!!

Whoogh! Not yoga as we know it but certainly a thorough and intense workout based on yoga poses, using block and weights. Not one I would want to do every day but will certainly try to build into my practices regularly. Had to take two water breaks in the 30 minute class and not sure when I will move beyond 30 mins. The one legged weight work is hard core!

Good class! Becca is a tough teacher and you body will know you worked out. She gives modifications as you work your way to be able to do the whole class.

Oh Becca how I love/hate her workouts. This is a GREAT/horrible 30 minute workout. Feels like I worked out for much longer. Very intense, no warmup (which I love because the moves are a warmup and workout all at once). I used 5lb weights and thought that was good to start with. I will do this workout anytime I want to get a lot done quickly or just don t feel like a long workout.

This class messed with my mind - combining yoga with weights? It felt so weird standing on one leg lifting weights but also felt amazing.
I didn t expect to enjoy it as much as I did but I am so pleased it was part of the program I purchased as otherwise I wouldn t have given it a go.

Really great class to change up my usual hatha and vinyasa practice. I m pretty fit but I am glad I stuck to 3 pound weights my first time!
Excellent cueing, interesting and fun weights training, and just enough rest so that I could continue with the program and keep my breath.
Very good light to moderate overall body workout with weights. I add some cat-cow, thread the needle, and lying twists at the end and my body feels amazing.
I m looking forward to doing this routine 2x per week and trying longer programs when I am stronger.

This is a good workout, and I do like the tone and pace of the instructor, but this is an aerobics class that uses yoga poses as opposed to a yoga class. It is a good workout, and I will probably try some of the other HardCORE classes w/weights, but it will be to satisfy exercise needs as opposed to yoga needs. I recommend watching this first if you want to keep your heart rate up.

Wow. It was challenging but super doable because we worked so many different body parts. I normally can barely make 15-20 minutes of her other workouts but was able to do the whole thing no problem. Great fast workout.

I rarely write reviews but this class deserves one plus some! I have been doing yoga for nearly 10 years and this class is a winner. It s pretty fast so you have to be on your game. The time flew by and I definitely felt it after 30 mins. I m downloading this one for sure. Fabulous job!

I definitely sweat as hard during this 30 min class as I do during my 60 min Zumba classes. Great workout for 30 min. My plan is to do this one for a couple weeks and then try to move up to the 60 minute class.

This was an intense class. It was probably a little too intense for a beginner like me, and I had to take most of the modifications, but the instructor was great and did provide options for almost every movement, so it was possible to find the right level for me. I ll be keeping this one in the rotation for fitness and hope to work my way up to the full 60 minute class over time.

What a challenging class! I really broke a sweat after 30 minutes! I don t think I would do it again though, because I don t feel like the spirit of yoga was respected very much. When I want to do aerobics, I do a cardio class. It can be dangerous to take yoga poses without proper alignment (such as squeezing the glutes in bridge pose, which is directed).

Favorite instructor, hands down. Unlike some others, instructor offers clear direction, calm even authoritative tone, no wasted words or chit chat that makes repeated viewing tiresome. Offers reminders about breath at all the right times. Not strictly yoga, but that s a-ok. Tiny moments where cuing is clearer the second time around, but that s a quibble.
Please: more like this, tightly paced 30-40 min, with focus on strength and overall functional integrity (vs focuses like core, glutes, etc).

Great for a quick workout, multiple poses but the transition into poses were too fast. She didn t allow time for set up into new poses. The flow was off but a good experience and workout one you find and create your own flow.

I ve been doing yoga for a long time but have never tried it with weights before. This was a great cardio and strengthening class. The cues were great so I didn t feel like I always had to watch I could just focus on working hard and breathing. The 30 minutes was perfect, will definitely do this class again.

Awesome class! I was looking for cardio that felt like yoga or vice versa and this class was wonderful. My heart rate was up, lots of variety, great instruction, poses coordinated with breathing, and heart and hip openers to boot.

Whew! That s a good one! I m glad I started with the 30 minute class. I m in pretty good shape. I do power yoga several times a week and run 3 miles on the weekend and this class had me sweating. The pace is fast but the instructor does a great job of letting you know where your headed next. It s easy to follow but you re gonna burn. Yay! Do it!

My arms are shaking. My legs fatigued. For 30 minutes, that s about as good a workout as you can get. Excellent instruction on movement, counting, breathing. Def going into the rotation.

What a great class! I ve been needing to get some weights back into my schedule and this is such a nice way to do it. You get the strength and cardio you would from any weight class, but also work with balance and focus and stretching that makes it feel like both a workout and a massage and some mental calmness too. A trifecta! Cuing is great and she gives you options to modify and encouragement to keep at it.

Great class to add on to a simple flow when you just want "a little bit" more! Also good for building up to her 60 minute classes. She moves the class along quickly and makes full use of the 30 minutes!
