Good class with some flow. A bit slow (as others have mentioned) with a lot of repetition with the weights. Not as much cuing as typical for Dawnelle (probably because if she says you re about to do 10 bicep curls after holding Warrior 2 with weights it would scare people away).

I love Dawnelle s classes! This class is no exception, really well balanced, focused and paced. I did the 60 minute version and it stopped streaming at 24 minutes. I downloaded it and it played through to the end.

I really like this websites selection of Audio classes. I concentrate much better when im listening to just a voice. I think it really gives yogadownload a niche over other sites. Because youre just listening and focusing on your body, which is the ppint of yoga.

awesome class! if you re looking for a challenge, this class brings it in the best, most focused way! a slower-paced flow, but the 45 minutes flew by and i love how grounded, strong and still calm it left me feeling. :)

Great class! Left me feeling stronger but not depleted. I have done multiple 20 min yoga with weights classes and I just got a membership so I can have the real deal. Thanks YDL for making yoga more accessible!

This is a great class! You won t go wrong buying it. The instructions are clear and concise. The audio is nice & clear. I had a great sweat going early on in this class. It s good to have so you don t have to leave home to go to the gym if you feel like lifting weights to tone your body. You will accomplish that with this class. Leaves you with a "good sore" so you know you ve worked your complete body. I alternate this one with the Yoga Sculpt class with other classes in between, doing weights every other day. Namaste!!

xcellent class. I was sweating so much and I know I burned a lot of calories. I am in good shape, but I was feeling sore for a few days from using only 3 lb weights!!! I love the audio cues because they are very detailed, there is no need to make a pose guide for this class. I would love to see a yoga with resistance bands, too!

This one is really really good. I love the way they come up with ways to mix light weights with yoga poses. Excellent.

Amazing, this class is so great I am feeling sore yet happy. It worked my entire body. It is exactly like another reviewer said that it is hard to believe that you can do so much in 30 minutes. I am looking forward to work my way up to the 60 minute practice maybe sometime soon.

This is the class I do when I want to push myself. I only own a pair of five-pound weights, and end up having to let the weights go early in the class. So I`m glad Dawnelle is so forgiving and encouraging. :)

The 30 min. #2 class is the BEST overall workout that you can get in 30 minutes. I have done both of the 30 minute classes, and I feel this one is a bit more challenging. When I am laying in savasana, I feel the vibrations all over. If you did this class a few times a week, you would really be in most excellent shape!

Yoga with Weights is a very challenging and unique way to enhance your yoga practice. I love to do this class when I`m feeling strong...and it humbles me to realize you have to keep learning and growing!

Great class – it’s a wonderful balance of meditation and strength! The pace is slow and steady – vibrant and challenging. The workout moves between using the weights and flowing without them. I felt muscles firing that don’t often get in the act, especially the chataranga muscles. The creative use of weights on the floor and using them to work the hamstrings was great. The weights didn’t detract from the yoga feeling and flow, and I look forward to adding this regularly to my routine.
