Another great Jackie class. This is an older one but I m liking the older power ones. The cuing isn t like her newer ones, which are perfect but I was able to do it with just her voice except for one move...but then I ve been doing Jackie classes for four years now. I hope to get teacher training because her way of teaching is how I d like to be as a yoga teacher. She does some fun flows, and explains so well.

I love all Jackie s classes but this was not for me.
It felt short and not deep enough. I got spoiled with Jackie s longer video classes, it was harder to do audio only. The cues were perfect but I found myself concentrating on following more than on the actual poses and the moment.
Will go back to the "body buzz class" one of my favorites!

This is a great yoga workout - I was sweating throughout it and really felt that I d done a full-body workout by the end (I m more of a beginner yogi and was able to follow along just fine with the modifications). It s a core workout, not an ab class so beware if you re wanting a ton of tummy work. Instead there s a lot of strengthening done through balance, repetition and holding poses. She does add a few targeted ab poses but you ll see a lot of the usual power yoga poses too. I liked the variety because I felt that I got a good overall workout and some concentration on my middle which could use some toning! I ve enjoyed other classes by Jackie and was happy to find these to add to my rotation.

I really enjoyed this class. I consider myself a beginner yogi so still learning all poses but I like the classes that give me a good work-out and this one did. I could easily make modifications to poses that were too advanced for me mostly because this instructor is so easy to follow. Gave excellent cues and instruction. The flow was fun and interesting. The abdominal work-out was good but could have used more.

I thought this class was pretty good but it didn t wow me. There was definitely some confusion with cueing that I wouldn t have understood without the video.

The poses are well explained and flow well. i was hoping for more core , but it was still one I will enjoy again later.

Like all of Jackie s classes, this one is great! Good variety of variations are offered and the rhythm is good. Only con is that the video version is filmed in odd angles and sometimes it is difficult to see how they are positionned.

A little fast-paced for me at some points, but I ve been lazy lately and a tad out of practice. Happy to find a class that will make you sweat a bit! Nice transition to relaxed poses. Great class to make you feel energized and peaceful. Gave four stars because I don t like sit-ups in my yoga practice ;)

This was a tough but excellent class! My shoulders are my weakest link when it comes to strength so I had to rest them occasionally. I was also glad to have the video for clarification when I missed something in the instruction. Nice pace, good sweat.

This class is AMAZING. I really loved it. Its challenging but really fun. The instruction is great and you can go as far as you are able. The sound quality was perfect for me but I ve never had a problem with any of the classes.

I haven t done yoga for about 3 months and used to practice regularly, so I found this class pretty challenging in parts, but really enjoyed it.
Like the other reviewers, it could do with a little bit more explanation so you don t have to keep looking at the screen, but overall, brilliant class. One I will download! I am sure I will be feeling my core muscles tomorrow!

I agree with the previous reviewer that the sound quality is a real problem. I don t like to have to look at the screen to see what s going on, so the sound is very important to me. I probably won t do this class again because of that. I did like the asana progression, because there were some neat transitions that I hadn t seen before. The class definitely works the core as it promises.

Overall I liked the class. The cuing was very good and easy to understand, and the asana progression was set up well. I felt the pace was a little fast. The movement was often too fast for my breath, and I didn’t feel like there was enough time to hold many of the poses. I also felt like the music was much too soft.

Enjoyed this class but as with the other newer classes that I have downloaded recently I had a lot of difficulty with the poor sound quality and the fact that instructions seemed to be given with video in mind and therefore were less precise than in the previous audio only downloads. The style of teaching was so different in fact that I didn t even recognize Jackie as the instructor and was really disappointed the first time I tried the class as I like her style and had choosen the class specifically for that. Those issues aside however the class is nicely stuctured and varied and now that I have gotten more familiar with it I am beginning to enjoy it even more.
