Just discovered this class. I will come back to this one on a regular basis. Not quite as hard as holy shoulders and abs, but a good overall workout. Satisfying.

Loved this one! So much better than the first Qi Yoga Sculpt class. There was a much more positive attitude throughout, more yoga, challenging but more approachable. All around great workout.

I love Kylie s classes and I really like the cardio/scuplt option when I can t get to the gym. The Covid 19 has kept our gym closed since March but Yoga Download and adding in the scuplt classes has maintained my fitness (mental and physical) during this time.

This was such a fabulous class. Loads of super cuing, alternatives and encouragement from Kylie who always lets you know what s coming up so no unexpected surprises. It really did work everywhere and I m sure I ll feel it all over tomorrow. Drank lots of water and really did need that towel especially as it s quite humid here today. Loved it, have downloaded and will return. Thank you.

This is MUCH better than the Qi Yoga Sculpt. It is still heavy on the leg work but it is much more balanced and better arm workout than the other sculpt.

Wow - such a fun class! Such a great full workout and so much sweat! Great instructions and such a sweet voice to listen to - very encouraging. I couldn t keep up with all the planks and side planks so had to modify but am looking forward to tackling this one again in the future.

Great intermediate sculpt class. worked whole body, no part too terribly hard, that i felt like i overdid it. I worked up a really good sweat, needing a towel for sure. cardio intervals were easier than qi yoga sculpt 2 but the sculpt work was just as good. Great class with fun new side plank flows. thanks kylie!

Great class, a little bit of warm up, a little bit of cool down and a whole lot of burn. I am quite fond of Kylie s style; she moves with the students and keeps the instruction coming, including encouragement, notes about what the body is doing and what one should be feeling, and what to do if you can t keep up.

I love Kylie s workouts. Challenging but I feel great after. I really like that she gives alternative positions or moves for those of us less in shape then we would like to be.. Thanks

This class has pros and cons in my opinion.
Pros: great workout, great combination of yoga, strength, and cardio, excellent, positive instruction.
Cons: the workout is the same couple of exercises over and over again. It got boring for me about 40 minutes in, and I ended up doing my own flow at the end of it. I prefer Becca Riopelle s classes because she incorporates so many exercises that it s impossible to get bored.

I love Kylie s upbeat attitude in her classes. This was a good lower body workout vs. upper body in sculpt 1. I was also thankful that the cardio was different than 1. Overall another class I ll come back to!

Incredible class! I really felt every muscle in my body sculpting. I loved that this class incorporated strenght, core workout, balance and flexibility. I m a triathlete and this is the perfect complement for my training.
