I normally love Jackie s classes, however this one was not for me. The transitions were at times awkward, and some of the advanced poses like hurdle felt like we hadn t prepped enough ahead of time.

Excellent class! Great mix of asanas, core & balance. Challenging enough for an intermediate yogi with plenty of modifications, if needed.

I enjoyed this class way more than I thought I would based on the comments. A good, sweaty workout. Jackie never disappoints, even when a class is from years ago!

Jakie,
Thank you for this class, I was looking for a challenge and at some points during the practice I was so frustrated I looked to see how much time was left because I wanted it to be over. I told myself to keep going, you can do this. I feel such a sense of accomplishment and I know working through my frustration is transforming my body and mind.
By the way, I loved the warrior 2 to hovering half moon :)
I want to tell you that I love all of your classes and I always say "namaste" out loud back to you at the end, I hope that my words travel to wherever you are in gratitude and goodwill.

I don t know how she manages to weave in all these poses and just sequence them together in such a effortless way. Loved this class. It was different to me then her more recent ones. Love the challenge. More!!!

The overall flow and session are great, but it became increasingly frustrating that she would cue jump switch your feet, and go in to half-way lift over and over again, when she should have said join your feet at the front, or something like that. Her cue takes you from a crescent lunge to a half-way lift. It is confusing and forces you to adjust quickly, over and over again to stay with her.

Loved the floating half moon pose! Very challenging. Class is very similar to the Lauren Pech Gratitude Flow which I did just yesterday! Even same model! It was a definite "spirit fingers" moment! ??

I really enjoyed this class. Great instructor. Good flow, enough repetition to learn the flow but not so much as to get bored. Got a bit of a glow on.

Definitely hard core and challenging but I loved it especially as Jackie kept repeating that you are perfect. So even tho I can t do handstands or crow pose I felt I was working to my edge. Really liked the fast flows with oneleg mountain to airplane.

nice class for opening hamstrings (triangle, ardha chandrasana), practicing twists and arm balances in twist (side crow) with some good core work in the middle.

Great overall class!t I did this for the core but found this class covered hip and shoulders as well. I enjoyed the flow with progression and holding of poses. I found it challenging and worked up a good sweat. I enjoyed your cueing,your support and mantra throoughout and the option to adjust the poses to your own level. This will join my favorites!

Wow. This routine was one of the few that have had me sweating to the point of puddles forming under my head even through savasana. Challenging and yet, as a very inflexible novice, it was still attainable (except for handstands...not yet!). Loved her pacing and verbiage. Well-rounded and full practice.

This is a lovely and well-balanced practice. I found my hips, seat and shoulders deeply engaged, which automatically brought my core into toning and alignment.

Loved the last 1/2 hour of the class. For myself too many repetitive sun salutations at the beginning. However the flow with the curtsey lunge into the twist, excellent.

This is one of my favorite yoga classes on yoga download. Jackie is a calming presence and I love the combination of strength, balance and core work that ends with a lovely stretching series. I get a great workout (dripping with sweat by the end!) but am so centered and open when the practice is complete. Thank you!!!

I liked some of the flow variations. And the class was well rounded for a 60 minute class. Wish the flow was a bit faster though. I am fairly advanced and did not find this class overly challenging, but it was still a good, solid class.

I ve been doing yoga for many years on and off. This audio was hard to follow. I was unfamiliar with a number of poses - so I checked the pose guide and they were not on there. The flow was somewhat awkward (possibly due to confusing instruction). I didn t end up finishing the class because of this. I would not recommend this audio.

Great balance between finding your edge and peaceful flow. The class was easy to follow with the audio only. I enjoyed the challenge of reverse warrior to hovering half moon - it definitely got easier and easier (although still wobbly!). Thanks, Jackie!

I really enjoyed this class-she focuses on form, moving slowly through the flow and poses. You really get the benefit of the core strengthening moving slowly. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely love every class I take with Jackie. This was one of the more challenging ones for me as my core is weak. I enjoyed the flow as well as the isolated core work. In addition, she is able to combine everything seamlessly so despite the "work," it s manageable and satisfying. I wanted to stay in Savasana forever after this one! Loved it!

Perfection! I loved the beginning flow and loved the fact that Jackie ended it approximately 30 minutes through the routine and then continued into core work. I don t like too much repetition and this was just the perfect blend. I really enjoyed this and was surprised at how much I was sweating by the end.

Great class! An awesome mix of balance postures and flow, with an emphasis on abs throughout. Very clearly instructed and easy to follow with audio only. I will definitely be coming back to this class many times.

This class really did live up to it s title. I wouldn t consider myself adv. intermediate and yet it was completely accessible to me. Lots of great core work in addition to balancing combined with a refreshing flow. I look forward to growing my practice with this class 3

This is easily one of the most awesome classes I have ever taken...on this site or anywhere, ever! I could not get into all of the balances, but it was fun to try. This teacher is my favorite on this site so far. I will do this one again and again and it will be GREAT for my practice! Thank you!
