I am glad I found this class. There is no flow, no downdog, no warriors which is perfect for me since I am struggling back pain now. It is slow and put time in one pose. The instructions are clear. Thank you.

Great class. Tara s soothing voice takes you through the postures, with complete cues. Slow, but surprisingly reinvigorating! I wish YogaDownload would go back and offer more audio classes.

Great stretch. Not super challenging but definitely a great video if you ve had a long day of sitting or driving, etc. nice voice and nice music

I am normally a power/sculpt flow, however this is a perfect complimentary flow to weights. Also for those of you on your feet all day like me, you can do the first 15min on your knees stand for the balance portion and the last 30 min is floor work. This is a really really nice total body opener.

Lovely class to stretch out your body, if you re not feeling up to a flow class. Good, easy to understand instruction too. This is not the full hot yoga/bikram style, but is heavily influenced by it, so it is a good introduction or a way to enjoy the benefits on a lower energy day or when you want a night time practice.

This was wonderful. I was tired and not really feeling like doing anything and this was perfect. The deep stretches were nice and I felt really good after. If you are looking for an intense flow, this is not it. Not much of a flow at all, no downward facing dog or anything, but that was what I was looking for. Not complaining but I thought that info. might be helpful for someone looking for that.

Nice and mellow class. Not a very deep strech but it got the kinks out and is perfect on a day you are feeling lower in energy.
