YogaDownload has created this 2-Week Yoga Challenge featuring some of our top-rated classes in order to help you live your best life. Join the journey with other challengers from all over the world to take your yoga practice, and your life, to the next level.

In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Welcome to Day 1 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! Welcome challengers! Congratulations. By simply showing up on this first day, you have taken the first step towards reaching a new goal for yourself. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before. The important thing is that you keep showing up! Some days it might feel harder than others, but this challenge is supposed to push you outside of your comfort zone. That's the nature of a challenge. Throughout the challenge, you may find yourself feeling more focused, confident, and happy, while feeling less stressed, as the challenge progresses. You are not alone on this endeavor either! There are challengers all over the world, embarking on this 2-week challenge with you! Share your experiences and how you're feeling each day in the comments section and connect with your new yoga community from around the world.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! Welcome back to the second day challengers! Every goal, is reached one small step at a time. It might not seem like you're far along on the second day, but you've taken an important second step closer after the first day of your challenge journey. Keep up the amazing work.consistency! Today's choices are between a longer and more rigorous practice from Keith, and a shorter and gentler practice from Elise. Remember, choose your class each day based on how you are feeling on that given day. Trust your instincts on which practice is right for you. Enjoy!

Welcome to Day 3 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! Today is about variety in your practice. Over these two weeks, not only will you make yoga a more consistent part of your life, but you'll also have the opportunity to branch out and try new yoga styles and teachers. It can be easy to fall into a routine of familiarity in yoga (just as in life). New practices, are a wonderful way to explore, and keep your brain engaged. Today we give you a more fitness based practice with Ben and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session with Celest. One is perfect if you need to blow off some steam and want to feel strong, the other perfect if you need to relax, let go, and unwind.

Welcome to Day 4 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! You're moving along challengers, well done! How are you feeling today? Hopefully you're beginning to notice some first subtle changes as a result of your efforts so far this challenge. If you feel the same, do not worry, you're just getting started and the breakthroughs will come. Congratulations on sticking with it thus far, you can do this! Today, there is a core targeted class with Claire that will have you feeling strong and confident and in your center. If you want something a little slower and gentler, Christen's class will nourish you and give you some nice deep stretches. Here are today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 5 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! You're almost to the end of the first week. We hope you're feeling stronger, clearer, happier and more motivated as a result of your first week. Keep up the amazing work. In the first week, each day is been a choice between a more rigorous class or gentler class This is because this challenge is demanding on your body and more restful days are effective in keeping you nourished for the full two weeks. Plus, gentle is still powerful! If you're normally the type of person who always picks intensity, it's okay if your body wants a more nourishing class mixed in there one of the days. Same goes if you always pick the "easier" route. Challenge yourself to a more intense class once in awhile. Regardless, enjoy the variety of classes in the challenge and be sure to listen to your body, and give it what it wants. Here are today's class options:

Welcome to Day 6 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge! Hopefully you're feeling the benefits of your consistent practice! This Yoga for All challenge is about being accessible to all yogis. Whether you're brand new, or a seasoned practitioner, remember to feel grateful for where you're at in your personal practice. Avoid any self-critical energy on your mat and notice if it arises. There will always be people more advanced than you at anything, so rather than striving to achieve anything during this challenge, can you instead simply enjoy how lucky you are to have a body that is healthy enough to be practicing yoga today? Appreciate where you are at, wherever you are on your path, both on and off the mat. Yoga can teach us, to treat ourselves with more compassion, instead of criticizing ourselves for not being perfect. Enjoy your practice today! Here are today's class options:
