This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Yoga for All - Day 8

Welcome to Day 8 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

You're over the halfway mark today, challengers! While we have not reached the finish line yet, this is still something to be proud of. When was the last time you did yoga 7 days in a row? Hopefully you're noticing some change in your body and overall well-being.

The challenge will continue to give you two choices each day. Be sure and listen to your body as we move into the second week, and mix it up as needed. What's important is that you continue to show up. It's said that mastery is simply doing things you've committed to, even in the moments, and on the days you don't feel like it. Stick with it, you are doing amazing! 

Both classes today are focused on resetting. Whether you've had a full weekend, or generally struggle with Mondays, yoga has the power to make each day feel good. Enjoy your practice!

Turn Your Day Around with Keith Allen

30 minute class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Sometimes to turn your day around, you must turn your body upside down. Some days effortlessly feel better than others, but luckily, yoga has the power to take any day into a more positive direction. Whether you're having an excellent day or struggling, this short practice will get stuck energy flowing, your breath deep, and leave you feeling refreshed. This practice gradually touches everything from hips, heart, shoulders, twists, and culminates with an inversion, which are the most effective shapes for boosting one's mood.

Rejuvenate:

Reset & Rejuvenate Flow with Claire Petretti Marti

50 minute class | Level: Intermediate | intensity: You'll Feel It

If you are feeling stuck or weighed down physically, emotionally or mentally, this class is for you. This invigorating, rejuvenating flow acts as a reset button to clear out the internal debris and leave you feeling lighter, stronger and more joyful. From Vasisthasana (side plank) to Navasana (boat) to Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), you’ll enjoy a new sense of freedom inside and out.
