This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Yoga for All - Day 11

Welcome to Day 11 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

Welcome back to your mat. Whether you meditated, flowed or both yesterday, we hope you're feeling clear, calm, and confident. 

If you have trouble sleeping or just need to relax, Kylie's class will have you nice and calm. While ideal for the evening, it's a beneficial class at any time of the day! Pradeep's class is a perfectly balanced flow that hits on all cylinders, and is more challenging. Expect to stretch, work your core, and feel good.

Nighty Night, Don't Sleep Tight with Kylie Larson

40 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

Release the day's stress with this mellow, stretchy class. We hit the shoulders and the hips mainly since this is where people usually are holding onto tension. This class is gentle and relaxing on the body and while this class is not necessarily Yin or Restorative, it has both properties. You will practice some Yin poses with long holds and also be put in restorative positions. One word to describe this class is "Ahhhhh."

Yoga for Everyone with Pradeep Teotia

65 minute class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | intensity: You'll Feel It

This basic flow includes some longer holds in standing positions. If you've taken a flow class, you'll probably recognize the traditional yoga sequences, but Pradeep always changes things a bit to keep the practice interesting with some core work and backbends. Wake up the body and mind, pay attention, and bring the alertness you'll gain from the practice off the mat with you into the rest of your day.
