In this challenge you will have a choice of classes each day. There will be several style and unique class options throughout the challenge as well as meditation, Yin, fitness classes, pilates, and other fusion styles. You have freedom and choice to make this challenge work for you. 

This challenge is suitable for all levels - beginner to advanced. Each day will have a beginner friendly class option along with a more advanced option for more seasoned practitioners. This challenge will create growth and evolution, both on and off the mat, for all genders, body types, and level of practitioner. 

By simply signing up to this challenge, you have taken the first step towards your goal. It is healthy and beneficial to challenge yourself. Simply keep showing up, everyday for the next two weeks. Before you know it, you'll be both feeling and looking better than you ever have before.

Yoga for All - Day 13

Welcome to Day 13 of the Yoga for All / 2-Week Challenge!

You're so close, challengers! While it can be easy to look ahead to finishing the challenge, stay present for each and every breath of your practice today. Yoga is a powerful teacher of presence and being in the moment right now. See if you're able to cultivate more of this presence as you practice today.

If your body is feeling in need of something more restorative, yin yoga is uniquely beneficial and complementary to the more intense styles you've been practicing. Because it's the weekend, you also have the option of a deeply detoxifying class with Pradeep. It's a powerful and challenging practice whether you had a restful night, or need to reset from a big night out. Enjoy your practice and continue to share your experiences!

Yin Yoga for Energy & Clarity with Caitlin Rose Kenney

40 minute class | Level: All Levels | Intensity: Ahhhhhh

When you're feeling depleted it's important to give your body and mind space to recover. The yin poses in this class work with your body's innate intelligence to recharge by working with the kidneys, gently detoxing the spinal column, and enhancing blood flow to the internal organs.

Toxic Twist with Pradeep Teotia

70 minute class | Level: All Levels | intensity: You'll Feel It

Did you overdo it a little last night? Feeling like your body is a bit out of whack? Or maybe you want a great practice to press that internal reset button and start over...again? Prepare to work hard and get the juices flowing in this detoxifying class. 

Twists cleanse the kidneys and the liver. They abound in this class - in many variations - and we hold them for a long time. You will rinse out and (hopefully!) feel refreshed once it's done. Remember to drink lots of water, during and especially after this practice.
