Loved the flow of this class. It cranks up and you really have to focus to maintain pace, and I did find myself falling out of moves due to the speed of transitions. I feel like it could slow down a notch to make it safe and achievable.
His talking was very distracting tho. I ll do it again but mute him.

Definitely not your typical yoga class but you will get a work out for sure. The flow moves quick too so, be prepared and know how to do a Crow pose.

Good fast class at times. It feels a bit weird to listen to this rocker looking bloke talking so much about connection. The beginning is deceivingly slow. In all, a good workout, mostly focusing on legs (at least it s how it felt for me) I m going to try to do it at least 4 times to see if I can keep up with the speed.

This is a really fun class with a lot of positive energy, but it moves so quickly I wasn t able to both breathe and keep up, and wound up feeling pretty awful by the end. (Both low about how badly I did and physically awful because I couldn t breathe right!) Really love the core strength stuff at the beginning though.

I appreciated the enthusiasm the instructor had, as well as the flow of the class. However, to do poses properly and effectively it is very hard to accomplish in this class since he moves incredibly fast. I am 500-ryt with over 5 years practicing and it was difficult for me to keep up.

That really got my heat up, and I love the original, totally-not-typical music. And the "F" bomb!

The only reason I m giving 4 and not 5 stars is that I think the ab portion at the beginning would be better at the end, especially since there s no real cool down.

Holy wow, wild, spiritual, intense and relaxing. At first I thought that the verbalization on the exhales was annoying but once I got moving I was giving baaaacccckkkk....etc. Wonderful music too. The only thing that could make this class better is maybe a soothing cooldown, with more awesome music and a supine pose or two!

movement is too fast through poses, can t breathe properly, just too darn fast! guitar is too loud and all the audio seems to be overmodulating. There is no ending, it just cuts out, no savasana, no cooldown, no closure. Not my cup of tea....

The abrupt end to this caught me off-guard, but this most definitely got the blood flowing, got the breath going and cleared the cobwebs. I was able to keep up with all the chatarungas so I m getting faster, which feels like a feat. Go, me!

Very fast paced class and a great way to get the heart rate up and working. If you need to get a practice and aerobic workout done, this class may be for you. I enjoyed it but then again I like the fast pace. It s best if you already know proper alignment, as this class does not explain the poses.

I like what Outlaw Yoga is trying to do, but I find myself frustrated each time I do one of their practices. Each sequence starts off at a decent pace - the breath instructions are given, there s time to transition safely and to correctly execute the posture. But then they start to speed the sequence up and it gets ridiculous: no breath instruction is given, no time for safe transitions, no time to do the pose properly. I just end up feeling annoyed and wondering what in the world they re trying to achieve by rushing so much.
