I love the verbal message of this class and the flow of the yoga poses. The way the instructor touches the student made me VERY uncomfortable and I hope the student gave consent for such intimate touching.

What are you choosing to create? Great message. Starts with crunches then the heart rate gets going with flow. Long holds and meditation to cool down.

I really liked this class, very challenging, but rewarding. I loved the celebrating during down dog! Loved the "what are you busy creating?" I wasn t taking in fearlessness because I didn t do any of the head and hand stands or crow.

I absolutely loved this class!! Great pace and I felt like I had a good workout and I loved the music! I hope I can find more Outlaw Yoga classes similar to this one!

I agree. There was too much going on, especially for a morning routine. I didn t particularly care for him positioning himself the way he did as she was in down dog.

While the pacing in the sequence was just fine, the constant dogmatic chatter was way too much for me. I ve done a number of outlaw yoga classes before, so I know the style. However, this onewas just way over-the-top and too distracting. I did however enjoy the slightly more creative sequence
