I loved the gentle movement that felt like a meditation. Part of me was itching to move more, but once I allowed myself to relax and be kind to my body instead of constantly pushing harder, I got a lot out of it.

I didn t expect to like this class as much as I did. It s like a moving meditation. In this time of fear and isolation I think it really helps to recognize and connect with the miracle of our bodies. Ali s peaceful, soothing energy is a true invitation. Thanks so much for this interesting, engaging and very different class.

Hi ALI, I LOVED YOur CLASS! Sometimes I come to yoga just to stretch and come back into my body. The tantra practice is exactly what I need to loosen and soften energetically and physically. I really love the idea of inviting and celebrating the divine. I will definitely do this again and will be looking for more from you! Thank you!

Found this a really interesting class, but some of the early moves eg pot stir irritated my sciatica. However felt really relaxed by the end. Would be game to try another tantra class if there were some options to avoid low back irritation.

I was looking for a class that was a little more active . I confess I only got to 30minutes but i felt this class should have been labelled "ahh" rather than "everyday namaste". Had I been looking for a really gentle class I might have enjoyed it but didn t really do what it said on the tin.
