It is very nice to learn how to use muscles and joints correctly. I am still not sure if I am doing the "Hip hikers" right though. I wish I could have the instructor in my excise room. Thank you.

Kevin is my favorite teacher on this website and that I would definitely going back to this class again and again. Been practicing yoga for two years, I found it extremely helpful to do yoga right otherwise it is so easy to hurt yourself. Kevin s fundamental series is very helpful educating students about the right alignment. Although at first I don t fully understand, I began to understand more with more practice. Thanks so much for the great classes

The poses should be explained at the slower pace.Also the sound is not synchronized with the poses.

A really great class, with a good amount of poses and detailed instruction. I have only done small amounts of Iyengar yoga in the past and really enjoyed this beginner version.

I am a 4 year Iyengar Yoga student, and I have found this extremely beneficial for my understanding of alignment, and am now practising with this class fairly often. I recommend it for students of all levels and styles! You will keep referring back to and learning from this class.

As a beginner class it s great because he gives excellent cues & explanations of how the muscles work & how you stretch them. I would like to see a full Iyengar Flow class without so much time on instruction. I didn t feel like I got much yoga out of a 60 minute class.

Kevin s knowledge of muscular-skeletal dynamics in relation to Yoga asana surpasses that of any other Yoga teacher I have taken classes with. Kevin brings intelligence to the pose by teaching the student about muscular dynamics and how they are applied during a posture; his clear and effective communication makes it possible for the students to enjoy the refinements he offers. Amazing class. I usually do Hatha but thought I d give this a try. I ve just finished and feel so alive, long, lean, healthy, strong, toned.

Fabulous instructor, friendly, reassuring, informative and a lovely tone of voice (the voice is sooo important). I shall be back for more!!
