Tara Lynch
Tara devotes herself to health, fitness, and meditation daily to maintain personal balance and to be a better teacher for her students. Since the age of sixteen she made health and fitness her priority by joining her local gym, and in 2002 she stepped onto her yoga mat for the first time, immediately finding the missing piece to her health regimen. After discovering the healing benefits of yoga for herself, Tara began teaching in 2009, so that she could share the power of yoga with others. In recent years she has taken additional yoga training adding up to over 700 hours of study, as well as began teaching barre, pilates, TRX, and yoga sculpt. Believing that we need balance to be healthy and happy beings, Tara teaches complete mind, body, and spirit health in her classes. While inviting students to grow and transform, her classes are a challenging blend of strength, balance, grace, and encouragement.
