Wonderful and feel good yoga. I love Gentle Hatha Yoga. This class is one of the best class I have done. Stretch and stay in the postures little bit longer makes feel very different. I feel great and relax. Thank you.

I LOVE all of Jackie s classes, but didn t know that this one was available until the 21 Day Challenge. It s awesome. Nice long holds; lots of stretches..just what the body needs.
Jackie: could you do a class without forward folds? I have degenerative discs (LS) and my yoga therapist told me not to do them; they do make my back hurt.
I love your classes and teaching style.

WOW! Best class yet. I love Jackie s classes but this class is amazing. Lengthening and stretching every muscle all without props. I would give this class more than 5 stars if I could. This will definitely be in my rotation! Thanks Jackie!!!

A wonderfully soothing class, slow but strong with some longer held poses! As always, Jackie s verbal cues, tone of voice and message relaxes me. Jackie is my go-to on YDL :)

I think I must be two inches taller after this class! Seriously, this is another wonderful yoga class with JCM. Her classes are my favorite because of her truly gentle path into some intense and oh-so-relaxing poses. So thankful for every class in this series. I start with Gentle Hatha Yoga 1, work my way through 6 and then start over. Thank you, Jackie!

This class is why I love Yoga Download--and Jackie. It opens shoulders, side body, low back, and hips with many poses, yet it never seems rushed. Great cues and plenty of time to rest. After this class, I feel relaxed and energized. 5 stars plus!

What a truly great yoga class, I felt like I stretched every muscle in my body. The instruction is just perfect, with great cues but not too much talking. This class could be done if you wanted an energised or non-energised practice as it a great middle ground.

I thought this was a really nice class. My hamstrings are extremely tight and I was feeling especially stagnant after a few winter days trapped inside. This class really helped stretch me out! Thank you!

POWERFUL STUFF! This class was an amazing fusion of Hatha Flow and Yin. I guess you could call it "Yin-yasa" and I absolutely loved every minute of it.
I was looking for another class to do after taking Beginner Power Yoga 1-4 this last 4 days. It was the 5th day and I m so glad I chose to do this class.I will definitely take this class again.
Jackie is definitely my favourite YogaDownload teacher. Really clam and encouraging. I enjoyed the music too.

I absolutely LOVE this class! it s gentle enough to do before bed but also subtly active enough to begin my day with it if I wanted to. what I especially love about this class is Jackie s soothing, gentle voice & the way she seems to focus on self-acceptance first before trying to nail the pose perfect. usually in yoga, I m beating myself up for not holding a pose long enough or for not being as flexible as the teacher. but Jackie reinforces self-love & encouragement throughout, reminding us that we can come as we are. I *so* appreciate that, & I ll continue to take this class over & over again. THANK YOU, Jackie!

I absolutely loved this class, great transitions smooth flow and full body stretching. Perfect for an intermediate student, not too much explaining but great cues. I will definitely take this class again! The background music was a little loud, turn it down and this is a 5 star class.

This was my second and BEST introduction to yoga. I m 54, a beginner, and this class is perfect. The instructor is very easy to follow and I was able to attempt all but one poise. Loved it!

I am a long distance biker and runner and also lift weights. When I do a yoga class, I m looking for a class that isn t hard but just stretches out my entire body and let s me let go of any tight muscles. I want to feel refreshed at the end of the class and not exhausted. This class was perfect. I think this could be my new favorite class. Thank you!

Awesome! Did this after traveling for more than 24 hours and thus was a tremendous help. I also love Jackie s teaching style. Agree with other reviewers, though, that the music was a bit distracting, especially the one with vocals. There were moments where it was hard to hear what Jackie was saying. This is just a small thing, though, and does not take away much from an excellent class!

I find this wonderful to do after a tough workout or a physically stressful day. It s very slow, calming and gentle. The teacher is great at giving instruction is simple but effective way. .

Downloaded this class & did it the first day I received the email about it - yes, even with the audio issues. That s how much I love ANYTHING JACKIE!! As always her great instruction & then different poses such as the side stretch poses with both arms extended & bent above the head. As well, I really enjoyed & needed the IT band stretches; an area of the body that is usually neglected. Thank you for correcting the audio issues so quickly, I ve downloaded the new version already! Although this has nothing to do with yoga, to Professor Jackie: you ve hit a home run with the new haircut. Adorable haircut for your adorable face! Thank you!
