Struggling with sciatica and came back to this favorite..big help with core and leg strength, though could not do bridge ..plan to do daily

Great core workout. Many reviews say this class wasn’t enough of a core workout, but you can definitely feel it. To get a good core workout, you need to be mindful of pulling your belly button inward with all movements. If you do the work, you will definitely feel this core workout. I thought it was great, a wonderful start to the 2 week abs and booty challenge!

Perfect as an All Levels class, perhaps only two drops of intensity. Very good, with thorough cues that, if followed, will work on rarely worked on parts of the body. Only down point: same annoying music of most YogaDownload classes...

Good start for day 1, but I was hoping to feel it more. I felt the poses were moved through too quickly and too many opportunities for rest in between.

Good moves, but moves through them so quickly that you don t ever feel much. It also changes positions on your mat frequently (back to standing forward to side poses) which makes it hard if you re trying to watch the cues on a device.

This is the first challenge I am doing and for the first class it seemed like a fine start. I kept waiting for it to get harder, it stayed at the beginner level for me.

Certainly not a hard class--but if done properly, with awareness of the muscles, I think you get a good workout.

This is a nice introduction to Pilates for a beginner, so I m giving it 5 stars. If you are more advanced, the reps are too short and the pace a little slow. The teacher is clear and cueing well done. I really liked her and will check out her other classes. I am so happy to see Pilates classes on YogaDownload!

Great, short session. I now have a new favorite teacher! Being short on time in the morning, I m always looking for 30-40 minute classes. This was a nice, gentle pilates class. Not very difficult and not many reps, but a good morning wake-up and just what I needed after a weekend of working in the yard!

Very good light stretch-strengthen for those problem areas.
Instructor moved at a nice pace, with clear instructions.
Good for when you want to do just a little something.

Its okay. The movements are solid, but you only do them once and quickly move on to something else. You don t do the exercise long enough for it to feel effective.
Definitely for beginners, and I don t think you ll get a "bikini body" by doing this video.

I like this class, it went fast. The instructor gave easy to follow instruction and form reminders. Modifications were shown and all exercises were explained. If you don t have a lot of time and don t want to sweat too much, then this class is the class for you.

I m sorry I really didnt like this one. I couldnt finish it because I felt it was a totally random "serie" of movements, with a lot of explanation throughout without being able to procede, so you end up waiting a lot of the time instead of just doing the exercise. Also, I felt the exercises were very light. This is maybe great for elder people who arent familiar with doing exercises

This class should be classified for beginners. It is very slow and there is not enough time spent in each of the poses. I felt it, but as soon as I felt it we were moving to the next movement. It is, once again, a good class for beginners.

This class makes my low back and hips so happy! I m so glad I ignored the thought of using it only to improve my "bikini body", which I could care less about, and saw the potential of using it to improve the pain I feel in those areas of my body.

Great lower body workout. Really works glutes and outer hips more than a lot of other pilates classes. Would love a longer version with more abs please!!!

I was looking for a quicky class today and chose this. I enjoyed the clear gluts and hamstring focus and Cher s instructions were very clear, meaning I didn t have to keep looking at the screen - always helpful. I would have preferred a little bit more pace which is why only 4.5*
