I"m not generally a twist fan but this was lovely. Loved the breath guidance Keith gave. Some different twists that felt good in my body. Pigeon is never for me but doing figure 4 worked when pigeon was offered. Overall, a lovely twist and flow.

I’m really happy that I chose Keith’s class today. He is very good at instruction and doesn’t rush the poses so I can’t keep up. I enjoyed learning to use my breath to deepen into that twists. I’m saving this one to my favorites!

Liked the cues and instruction. Great movement for a short class. The work ends at about 23 minutes in. Seems like the shorter the class, the more time is spent on the back end and I wish it were the other way around. If I’m looking at a 35 min class, I want the most bang for my buck. Save the longer cool downs for longer classes.

Have your blocks handy, if you need them for poses like pyramid or pigeon. This is one of those classes that s not fast or complicated and doesn t need to be -- you ll be guided into simple but serious twists that you will definitely feel deeply. Keith suggests modifications all along the way. Great for helping to unlock all those tight spots we re all getting nowadays from spending so much time inside and sitting.

I have a janky toe right now, so I m doing a few slower flows (ones with fewer chaturangas so they re easier to modify). I remembered that Keith has beautiful, mindful and deeply opening flows.

with so much more sitting at a desk than I am used to these days, but also a long exhausting day, this was a perfect class to work out the kinks. still got my heart rate up but not too intimidating for when I really wasnt in a mood to move. I also like that he held poses a good time and gave a chance to breathe, so often online classes rush it seems.

I have been on yoga download almost two years now and this is by far my favorite class. Whenever I feel blue, unmotivated or stuck I know this class has the power to revive me. Keith’s positive energy beams through the screen. The sequence is just what you need to balance and align body and soul. With light and love ??

I just love Keith - one of my favorite instructors! He gives great guidance in a calming voice. Love his comments about not being too rigid in what you need to do - listen to your body - and sometimes your face wants to do the pose more than your body, so let go! A nice blend of poses - not just twists - to stretch and get the body ready to face the day even in such a short practice.

I ve been gradually returning to yoga after 9 months due to tendinitis in the wrists. Doing Keith s classes is like coming home; slow and deep and full of the joy of yoga for me. Keith s slower tempo places less stress on the wrists. Thank you

Did this class as part of YDL challenge. If you don t care for twists this is a good one because there is not a lot and as he encourages you deeper into the twist you know it won t last long:). If you do like twists this is a nice short twisting sequence.

Great class as usual, Keith! Your coaching is always helpful in refining poses. Quick question: which Spotify Twist and Flow playlist? There are several. Twist and Flow starts w track Japanese Massage; twist & flow starts with Fork in The Road; twist and flow starts with Kothbiro (there may be a couple more, but you get my point :-) ).

Another great class from Keith. Despite the slow pace of this class I felt like I did some work! I love Keith s relaxed vibe and he reminds us that the posture cues are merely suggestions and that we should feel free doing what we know is right for our own body at that moment. Love Keith s classes and his take on focusing more on what your body needs then on what your mind is telling you that you should be doing. He has a soothing voice, great practices and even in 35 short minutes this is a wonderful set of twists, vinyasas and hip openers.

This class is effective in giving you some nice twists and a couple bursts of intensity in a short class. Keith cues so clearly and his voice is calming. I used the Spotify playlist and liked it. Tip for Spotify- if you plan to use the app instead of clicking through the link on the class list, then I had to search for Keith first then found it as one of his playlists.

This is a very slow but intense class. Pretty effective for a short routine.
