I m a nurse and this is the PERFECT class before a 12 hour shift. I feel I get a good stretch, a teeny bit of core, and I m moving fast enough to wake me up at 5am. Best of all, its only 20 minutes so I don t have to get up any earlier than is absolutely necessary. Claire, can we have 5 more of these?! 3

This is great class! There is a lot of good basic movements put into a fluid progression in just 20 minutes. I am going to come back to this class anytime I tell myself I don t have enough time for yoga, this 20 minute practice could be a part of any hectic day routine!

Really nice short class; I liked the creative and challenging twisting series at the end. Only critique is I wish the instructor talked a little less; there were a few distracting verbal pauses. Overall great short class!

In this short and vigorous practice I accomplished everything intended for taking time out to do this video. I like the crisp and jargon free instruction of this teacher and this practice is very accessible for all yogis.

Excellent short class, some good twists, gets right into it after a few minutes of forward folds/rag doll pose, and no savasana. But felt like a good practice w a little bit of everything. Claire s classes always go into favorites, this will be perfect when I am short on time.

Claire you never go wrong on your classes. I felt that I was in a bit of deja vu. Lol! Right before I did this class I did Christen Bakken s "The practice of fullness". Very similar, but you both put your own little magic into the class. Definitely another WONDERFUL class. Thank you Claire. Namaste
