Back to the basics. As a long time yogi I often forget that getting back to the basics is what yoga truly is at it s core. When I saw the length of todays challenge I admit I looked for something else... then I realized there is always a reason. And so there was. The basic yoga moves when you focus on your breath really are the fundamentals of everything and do everything you come to your mat for. Thank you YogaDownload once again.

This was an invigorating flow, and I enjoyed it. The change I would make practicing this on my own would be to warm up a bit more before getting into chaturanga dandasana and upward facing dog.

This is my favourite of all Claire’s classes. It is challenging and it makes me sweat - definitely feel that I’ve workouted! As usual, her instructions are precise and she provides alternatives as well as encouraging remarks. I try to practice this 3-4 times a week. Thanks again Claire??

It is certainly a good flow class. I do feel a little more energized, even though I also feel totally exhausted in my body from this flow. There are a few things I could not do, like the Shiva squats today, but overall I mostly kept up with this class.

Great class is you want 20 minutes of movement. Some longer holds, but a nice flow too. All standing, and she packs in a workout from beginning to end. I added in a bridge and savasana at the end since I had time.

I agree with the other reviewers. Great 22min flow (not the 31 it says it is). I added some headstands to the prasaritas and I did the workout after Kylie s lower body blast and it was a fantastic workout combo! Will download this and keep it when i want a 45-50 min workout. Added the savasana at the end and life was good!
