Loved the stretching and slow movements in this class. Erin s instructions were clear, especially the breathing part. Felt great after the class.

Moving through Erin s practice was not easy for me. I needed to rely on my breath to attain the poses and hold them. At the conclusion of the class, I was able to sit cross-legged with no pain in my hips - that s how I know they have opened and responded.

Don t let the description fool you. The twisting and moves incorporated to open the lower body also do an amazing job for the mid back and upper body. My entire torso is nicely opened up along with my hips and legs. Definitely a new favorite on my list.

I am very tight and could feel the bones and joints in my hips and legs adjusting and stretching. Excellent class for anyone that wants to open their hips and stretch their lower body.

Really, really lovely. There is some confusion at the end with right vs. left in the runner s lunge sequence, but just make sure you hit both sides.
I feel so ready for a nap right now. I love it.

This may be my favorite lower body stretch class. I have tendonitis of the hamstring and have to be very careful with my hamstring stretches. This class was good for my hamstring, and every else in my lower body. Did some great stretches I had never done before.

Perfect! Just what I have been wanting! A long time yogi who went from 1 hour Adv Intermediate to severe auto accident followed by COVID and now long haul Covid. I am not a beginner but in no way can I keep up with the 45 min Vinyasa. My body has been screaming for a great stretch that gave me movement. Not a Yin bot not too much strength in the holds. My muscles and lungs thank you!

Nice practice. Good lower body stretches with holds just long enough. The right/left cues got a little confusing during the runner s lunge section but that a minor quibble. In general I liked this alot.
