Very nice, slow stretching class, focused mostly on the shoulders. Some longer holders, such as sphinx, felt really good on the legs. Liked the slow pace with the focus on the breath.

Perfection! I want to wake up with this class every day! The pace was effect to ease and open my stiff morning body. Keith s cues and voice are always so clear and easy to follow. I d highly suggest using the playlist for this class, too

This class provided me a wonderful wake up using gentle movements. I would also enjoy after work on a day I needed a nice stretch. Keith’s cues are calm and clear. He gives you space to move for your own body as well. Great class!
