Since I m doing this 23 day challenge, day by day I can see improvement in my body flexibility and getting more balanced. Had to more aware of those twisted poses. Otherwise, another day finished by relaxing yoga session. Thanks Mark

I wasn’t sure I liked the instructor at the start of the class, but I decided I did. His speech pattern is . . . different. Interesting flow and just a notch above everyday namaste in intensity. Will do again.

I love the Deep 30 series and I hope Mark does others like it but maybe longer or shorter; Deep 15-20 maybe? Or Deep 40.

Perfect amount of stretch and strength building. This guy gives super clear directions and encourages you through the tougher moments. Love this class and instructor.

I liked a lot about the class - especially the twists and the interesting sequence. The teacher does not always articulate his words clearly, and as a result, it was hard to follow at times. The transition to savasana was a little jarring. Overall, it felt good and I would do it again, now that I know what to expect and don t need all the verbal cues.

I really liked this class! It was a quick and fun flow that felt amazing! Could have been, in part, my new joggers making me feel cute in my living room with no one to see, but it was a fun and enjoyable yoga class to start my day!

This class was awesome! It fit in just perfectly after my cardio/strength workout. I think it definitely helped that I was already warmed up by the time I did this because he jumps in pretty quick. Thank you for another great class, Mark!

Another great short class from Mark which took me beyond where I thought I would be able to go today. Love those mandalas - definitely require concentration and presence. First time I ve used a Spotify playlist with a class (did so as a result of earlier comment here) and really enjoyed it once I got the music and instruction volume levels right. Thank you

What a dynamic, refreshing class. I love Mark s direct, centered commentry. His authority comes with an invitation; that works for me. There is a push and a letting go which empties. Not mad about some of the therapy talk of instructors. Thank you

This short flow did not disappoint. If you re stiff or tight, I would do a few stretches before starting this one because he does get right into it after the opening om, but it s still a wonderful and nicely rounded flow.
There is no savasana, but he invites you to pause the video for a minute or two if you want one (I did). I like that Mark s short flows always start and end with centering and usually an om. This one felt vigorous without being *too* challenging.
