this is exactly what I was looking for. no music or sound baths no excessive talking. no infusion of meditation, Pilates, or religion
just yoga. great class. thank you

Great class. Felt quite energized after and ready for the day. Loved that we were given time to go into each pose and could hold it for some moments. Each pose and transition was explained clearly. Keith s voice is very gentle and soothing. Great start to the day! Thank you.

I like the pace Keith creates: slow enough to give me time to change from one pose to other. Since I have back issue, I have to watch my back and avoid rapid change or movement. Although I ma flexible, I feel my age ,60, and everything is not the same with when I was 40 especially my joints. This class is perfect to warm up even for a woman like me. Thank you.

This is such an excellent class. The lack of music with Keith s calming voice really helped me be in a meditative state throughout the practice.

Even though this was only 20 minutes long, it was delightfully thorough in getting you open for your day. Keith is a fabulous instructor with a melodious voice and clear instruction. A fantastic class for when you don t have much time.

Another nice class from Keith. It s definitely a "little" class and I would do it on a day when you only have 20 minutes. He gives you a number of nice poses here, doesn t move too quickly and builds in choice. As always, his cues are clear and there is a nice Spotify playlist to go along with it.
