Great workout in a shorter time! I’ll be adding this to my regular rotation. I feel like this worked a lot of muscle groups that don’t normally get worked in a typical yoga flow.

Day 4 of the 14 days challenge: 1st time doing a class with Erin. Quite an effective workout with some different exercises to the main stream ones, like the sides press ups and the tension squats which made the class really interesting and enjoyable.

Day 4 completed and love how I m trying different classes by different instructors every day. This one was a really good full body workout that I think I m going to feel tomorrow. Really enjoyed it.

Wow! This class really is an amazing full body workout in 30 min. During the sequence, she skips the side plank exercise on one side, but don t worry- she remembers and adds it at the end. I will be sore tomorrow!:)

The exercises are woven together in a way that lets one body part get a rest while another group is working - going up and down the body. Erin s cueing is terrific, as always, and the beautiful backdrop, rather than a studio, was somehow relaxing - even though the work was hard. Nicely done!

Nice class with some moderately-challenging exercises. This may sound funny, but I enjoyed hearing her elevated respiratory rate, rather than her talking while someone else did the series.
