I loved this class by Kylie. Music addition made it extra special. It still feels like a yoga class but the power moves gave a nice challenge. I couldn t make it through the up-down planks for her whole sequence but makes me want to practice this more so I can build my strength.

Great vigorous practice. Love the music - complements so well.... I needed more stretching - opted for figure four, twists etc in place of some of the final savasana.

Day 2 of the challenge! A strong fun core flow that was still reflective and balanced with calm at the end. I would absolutely do this one again.

Day 2 of the 14 days challenge: great upbeat class thanks to a challenging sequence of movements, good cueing / encouragement and nice music beat in the background. Really enjoyed it!

This is an efficient (and hard) core workout which is balanced out with some good counter stretches. Be careful if you have knee issues.

Great class! Love this instructor. You do need to know some of the purposes because the purpose is to move and get a good power flow. Love that she fits so much in, in just 30 mins, and yet there is still plenty of time for a Shavasana at the end. More content like this please!

I loved this class but i was expecting something less intense because it was under the adv. beginner category. I understand its a power class but the pace was pretty quick and it felt like Kylie, being the strong amazing yogi that she is, was getting a great workout. However, I am building my strength and was struggling to keep up. I had to pause a lot to catch my breath and to give my muscles a chance to rest. It was an amazing workout nonetheless, I feel stronger the next day.

Kylie always puts out the best classes. If ever you are feeling sluggish and need a wee boost, her energy is contagious. Oh don t do this class after a leg day. Great class when you are short on time. You will get the heart rate up and feel the burn. I am waiting for Kylie to post some more classes.

This reallyyyy worked my core and legs! So much jam packed into this half hour class. Absolutely loved it and would definitely come back to this regularly, hopefully with a more stable core over time! Thanks for this great class.

This is great!!!!!!! While it feels a little more intermediate than advanced I would still say all levels. Core and legs for the win. I will definitely be implementing this. Great energy , mostly power yoga but such good stretches.

Loved the flow and the music! I already do a ton of strength training so I was delaying trying this class but then I found it functioned beautifully as an add on! Kylie is my favorite yoga teacher EVER (and I ve tried many), with tons of variety in her flows and perfect cueing. This is a great short power class.

If you ve pretty much given up lifting weights because you realized you re lifting your body weight in yoga, this class may be for you. It s a super efficient combo of yoga and calisthenics. Plus, the heart rate does get a bit elevated. Highly recommend.

The words "oh Lord Jesus" were uttered more than a few times. Great full body workout in a short amount of time. Definitely do this with music - it ll keep you motivated!

This is my favorite class. I get such a good workout from it. While it is intense, I also find it is paced very well. For 30 minutes, it feels like my total body got something. The more I do it, the more I notice how strong I m becoming. Thank you!

Where is the music?!!!! I did this class because I liked the sound of the music, but there was no backing track on this. It seems from the class description that there are two versions, one with music and one without. I am using the YogaDownload app and I can find two separate instances of the class, but both are labelled "w muiuc" and neither of them have any music on the soundtrack. Am I missing something? It s a shame as this was a great class and some pumping music would have rally helped me in the challenging moments.

Great little workout-oriented flow. My legs and core feel good. I was excited for the music because I adore DJ-based yoga classes (and love all kinds of EDM), but this kind of deep house just doesn t work for my practice. The beat is there, yeah, but unlike other EDM-backed classes I felt like I was supposed to scared and be running away from something (and that doesn t juxtapose well with the instructors sunny disposition!). I might do it again with my own playlist to compare.

I LOVE Kylie s classes, but I hate the techno music in the background. I was glad there was a music-free version of this class. Please continue to offer classes without the stressful EDM, or maybe consider less aggressive music. Thanks!

I absolutely love these classes with music, and this is very my favorite one (so far). It is the perfect mix of legs and abs. It is easy to follow but challenging in a good way. It makes you sweat and it is super fun. Love it!

I love Kylie s classes but I think this class is classified wrong - it s definitely not all levels (unless you consider just skipping stuff & making your own adjustments "all levels"). This is a very hard and super-fast class. I ve been doing vinyasa & power yoga almost every day for 4 years, and I could not keep up. I think YDL should re-classify this to intermediate.

Holy hell... that short class packed a punch! Admittedly, I m not in the best shape, but my legs were burning, and my heart-rate was still elevated at the end of shavasana. Excellent cuing, and some great new poses (like hoovering cat). Highly recommend this one for a good workout in a short period of time.

Can I say "INCREDIBLE CLASS ; loud enough! Initially was sorry to see it was only a 34 minute class, but halfway through, I was glad it was. The longer holds added muscle fatigue, the prompts spot on, the outdoor location invigorating & alternate music added to the experience.
