Enjoyed this class and was challenged! While it wasn t "marketed" as such, it felt just right for building strength where I need it at one year postpartum.

Lots of strength work and subtleties in exact movements. I have done yoga for many years and really appreciated this class. My only problem was that it was just too hard on my wrists and would have liked more variation to give my wrists a break. I added this to my favorite because of the unique strength building.

What a wonderful way to start a Valentine s Day - with practicing grace. ?? I will absolutely come back to this, and I rarely re-do classes (with so many to choose from I always want to try new ones!). I love Annie s cueing, the gentle push of the sequences, and how strong I felt during and after. The long savasana at the end really allowed it all sink in. Thank you, Annie! This was a gem of a class!

**Annie is the TRUTH! I Made it through 28:30 of 39 min., Barely..... FINISH LATER, MAKE SURE YOU HYDRATE AND EAT BEFORE PRACTICING THIS FLOW... BC IT WILL PUT YOU IN YOUR PLACE! (not for Wussies). Overall, a great stretch and core workout, with a dynamic flow ( I love this , she makes sure she keeps you out of autopilot). Will practice again, thank you Annie!

This was so disappointing. I stuck with it to the end, but it never really clicked for me. This sequence had great potential but missed the mark. Maybe it was her cueing that was off, maybe it was the flow that felt awkward. Wish it was better.

Today I couldn t wrap my head around ..more I tried..my mind got more triggered...even that breathing triggerred me....what would you suggest to do in that kinda moments.???otherwise I do love yoga...just today not align.. will have to re-watch it...

Did this class as part of YDL Challenge. - good directions from teacher. Some transitions were too difficult for me. I’m a poster child for joint replacement surgeries and you never get the same range of motion as a “ natural” joint. It was challenging and you need a towel. Good class

Cool little yogi workout! It felt difficult at times, but I m so glad I hung in. The approach to Crow allowed my best version of that pose yet. I know I will be feeling this tomorrow, in a good way. I will also take Annie s advise to keep this one in rotation. Very well done on so many levels!

Love when a class brings the basic concepts in a unique way. The hand stretching at the beginning seemed long but after the class I am grateful to have prepped the hands and wrist well. Will be back to create the strength to make this flow smooth. The bridge into savanna was abrupt but I just did a few extra slow stretches to go in.
