Great quick workout! But I think this practice is underrated, definitely not Everday Namaste, I would put it at You ll Feel It, at least for the average person. Thank you for the class!

Even though this class is short, the impact on my body is great. My body warmed up. There is not detailed instruction because this class is designed for people who practiced yoga for a while. Thank you.

Really lovely shorter practice. Some different movement and good full body yoga. Felt lovely in my body. Never took a class with Jessica before but clear directions, some instruction without constant explanation and no chatter. Most Enjoyable. Thank you.

Nice class, built some heat and found a bit tricky even though I ve done yoga for a while now.
The sound of heavy breathing was distracting and did set off anxiety at points throughout the video though. If that kind of noise is a trigger for you, then this video is best avoided I m afraid.

Great and to the point with perfect amount of time for stretches and full body opening. I did not need to use blocks. Loved it.

What a great short class that fits in a terrific amount of variety with excellent cuing and pacing! When time is short I often find that repetitive flow classes don t fill the bill. This one hit all the right spots, with some unique variations to boot (cat-cow in malasana FTW!). Will definitely add this to my favorites for days when I need something on the quick side. Excellent and extremely satisfying class. Appreciate the precision of Jessica s cues along with the effectiveness of the shorter practice. She is welcoming and informative without the incessant talking of many other YogaDownload instructors, as mentioned by previous review. More instructors like Jessica Oldfield will be welcome.

I m fairly new to yoga so I still need good directions to figure things out, but the instructions are really good and I never felt like I didn t understand what to do. Which doesn t mean I did it well, but I tried, and this was plenty challenging and invigorating for a morning practice.

Great short class that hits all the bases. I am 60+ and was worried there would not be enough warm up time but nothing felt rushed and there was time to integrate each pose. First time trying this teacher and I will now be looking for her classes. Well done!

Really nice short practice. Just enough of everything without being too much of any one thing. Full body energizer. Lots of poses included but still enough time to transition and breathe. Perfect practice if you re short on time but want to get in some movement, stretching and strength-building.
